The interim work is designed to create safe connections between the Queens Quay Revitalization scope currently
underway between Bay and Spadina and the existing conditions to the east and west.
CENTRAL WATERFRONT (YO YO MA LANE TO BAY)
Status: Construction Underway – Will Be Complete Summer 2015

TRANSITION ZONE (BAY TO YONGE)
Status: Complete
Rendering of approved design. Current condition – construction completed; final finishes required
INTERIM MARTIN GOODMAN TRAIL/PEDESTRIAN CONNECTION (YONGE TO JARVIS)
Status: Complete – Restorations Will Be Made After Hydro Work

Status: Construction Underway – Will Be Complete Spring 2015

The design must work around an existing Hydro pole and retaining wall and will
include a crossing for pedestrians and cyclists

The design responds to the existing dockwall by proposing a cantilevered sidewalk. It
also includes a new dedicated turning lane to improve traffic flow

4. HARBOURFRONT MARINA QUAY PARKING LOT
The design had to address the entrance to the Marina Quay Parking Lot
PART B: ON-STREET, SOUTH SIDE MARTIN GOODMAN TRAIL
Bathurst Street to Stadium Road
Bathurst to Stadium Road
The on-street bike lanes will be amalgamated and moved to the south side of the
street. They will be separated from traffic by flexi-post barriers.

The on-street bike lanes will connect to the Martin Goodman Trail and into
Coronation Park
