The project is conducting a series of cha-pels located in Las Vegas, combining with other tasks. I proposed a tour that stops at tour that stops at all the steps that include a weddingall the steps that include a wedding through a propeller where the ramp up and down er-ratically widening depending on the applica-tion of its hosts. This ramp is made of con-crete, to contrast with this massive sculpture is designed a envelope made from textile.

All uses listed as widening of the ramp that fails to meet. like a process or journey concerned. Access is from an elevation-3.5my goes up as if the earth arose. The project is located in shore river spree overKreuzberg neighborhood. Kreuzberg is a cos-mopolitan area bounded by the river spree in the east. There is a wide range of uses in the area but there wasn’t any connection be-tween them. The proposal is to saw an itiner-ary in the city of Berlin as a way to connect all these spaces. A walk on the river side.

Resears based in how the city is divided and the historic events hap-pend in Berlin. Is important to know in this city all the historics event, because is still in the mind of all the citiziens. walking or talking with the people you can also see how the feel and even the try not to talk about all the nazisim. It is amathing that a guide explaning us The His-tory of Berlin step by step he also elluded Hitler and what it meant.Berlin is subdivided into twelve boroughs (Bezirke), but before Ber-lin’s 2001 administrative reform there were 23. Each borough is subdivided into a number of localities (Ortsteile), which represent the traditional urbanized areas that inhabitants identify with. Some of these have been rearranged several times over the years. At

present the city of Berlin consists of 95 such localities. The locali-ties often consist of a number of city neighborhoods (usually called Kiez in the Berlin dialect) representing small residential areas.

Each borough is governed by a Borough Council (Bezirksamt) con-sisting of fi ve Councilors (Bezirksstadträte) and a Borough May-or (Bezirksbürgermeister). The Borough Council is elected by the Borough Assembly (Bezirksverordnetenversammlung). The bor-oughs of Berlin are not independent municipalities. The power of borough governments is limited and subordinate to the Sen-ate of Berlin. The borough mayors form the Council of Mayors.

The walk has a beginning and an end. Starting in the junction of roads and ailway track in Jannowitzbrücke continuing between the river and the east side gallery passing by several points. The own itinerary conforms the spac-es and the street furniture using change of scale. The idea is to reuse exist-ing spaces, not to destroy them in order to improve communication between public spaces . Our inspiration is the river, the relation between the river and the society. As a rare exception to the predominantly uniform, repetitive sites that derive from the urban models being developed in Ma-drid’s new suburbs, the municipal land set aside for sports usage in this competition had a striking topography and locationstriking topography and location which had to define the strategy for our project. A tennis and racket sports centre cohabits with a large gymnasium and a thermal area, as well as another series of facilities: outdoor pool, ser-vice buildings and car parks. The terraces, in the manner of horizontal strata, create a sequence in which the various N-S tracks alternate their positions in accordance with their features.
