Introduction

Magento2 Marketplace is an add on for the Magento which helps to convert your shop into a complete online shopping store. Magento2 Multi Vendor marketplace module is coded on the base of magento2 Application Programming. Marketplace Module is as scalable as your magento2 does , that means it will not affect your existing store performance and will support all your standard magento2 cache handlers . That means there is no limit at vendor and product level any number of vendor and product can be added in the store .

Marketplace - Seller Signup

Seller signup is very easy, the user can sign up for the seller using marketplace landing page button or from store My Account link and during signup they need to choose “Want To Become Partner”.

Sellers can add Product types - Simple, Downloadable, virtual , Configurable from the Seller Panel.

Here the sellers can manage their product like they can edit their product, delete their product, track their product sales and can manage their stock as shown in the screenshot below.

The seller can see their Transaction in this field. The seller can also filter the transaction using Transaction id, Date, and view whole transaction details.

The seller can download the invoice and packing slips by entering “From” and “Until” date.



After clicking on View Order, Order Details will display with Buyer information, Shipping address, shipping method, Billing address, Payment method, Items ordered as shown below

The seller can also refund the amount to its customer from the Marketplace module as shown below.

● Sellers can create credit memo

● Update refund quantity.

● Add adjustment fee.


Marketplace - Manage Print PDF Header Info.

Here the seller will enter invoice and Packaging slip Address/Vat/Tax information which will appear on the frontEnd

Sellers can see their Marketplace Dashboard with all the Vital Information as shown below.


Marketplace - Order Notification Email Template

If an order is placed and its invoice has been created then the seller will receive product sold notification mail with following details:

● Billing address. ● Shipping address. ● Payment method. ● Shipping method. ● Product name and quantity ● Product price. ● Shipping charges. ● Tax. ● Total amount.

● After successful setup of the module admin will be able to see the “Admin Management” as shown in the screenshot below.

Every product added by seller needs to be approved by admin. Product approval will happen from Manage Product menu as per the screenshot.

Admin can manage the registered sellers on the marketplace from the admin section. Admin manage following from Seller Management from marketplace configuration panel :

● Edit Seller’s profile.

● Approve Seller.

● Disapprove seller.

● Check and manage order.

● Export Seller List.
