Loyalty Program: Card Based – Will be giving Bar-coded Cards to the customers along with personal details however the system would not be fully secure as any person can create the card for availing discount year long. Problem of each individual not carrying the card always would be their.

Mobile Based – Herein all the customers’ mobile number would be saved in the database and every time the customer returns his mobile number is entered.

With this we can push loyalty SMS’s to each individual customers with OTP. When so ever the customer’s bills and punches his or her mobile number for billing the system automatically detects the loyalty points which can be reimbursed against the future purchases.

SMS based loyalty reminder can be integrated.
