Dear Jarltech Partner,

Naturally, it is nice to have put a successful year behind us – we are expecting a turnover of roughly 108 million euros for the Jarltech Group, which represents more than 25% growth. It sounds really nice, as if we could catch our breath now. But no, the opposite is true: we need to continue pushing for-ward. And because we in the IT segment find ourselves in a market with increasingly shrinking profits, we urgently need innova-tions. It is only the new products that cannot be found on every corner in an electronics

store that will guarantee us (and most likely you, as well) the chance to continue working profitably.

Ten years ago I grumbled about every pro-duct which required an explanation. How-ever, now I am happy that not everyone understands what an IDS system is, or which thermal transfer ribbon fits into which label printer. Because only with special hardware, which requires special know-how and a »value-add«, can our path continue to exist long-term. That is also a part of what makes Jarltech special: more than 10,000 articles, counseling expertise and service.

And behold, there are also new products, and even new product fields. For example, the new 70" IDS touch systems from Elo are something which every hotel, shopping cen-ter and city hall could benefit from. Installa-tion of these systems is not rocket science, but knowing what you are doing is key.
