The Company was leader for the manufacturing of latex foam in the world with three plants: one in the north of France (Amiens) the other nearby Milan in Sesto San Giovanni and a plant specially for wooden bed frames in Strasbourg. The most important products were mattresses and pillows .

Director for Production in Sesto San Giovanni, I could increase productivity and achieve goal +15% average for year/year

Managing for a period the Strasbourg unit for bed frames I could perpare the first wooden frame for the customer Ikea and I begun the relation with this strategic future customer for the Group. I industrialized the aluminium bed called “KWAD” designed by Hans Zaugg that became a great success for the group.

Plant manager for Sesto San giovanni production of mattresses and pillows ( about 80 persons) Chief Technical Officer for the group and involved in the installation of the new plant in Ovada Italy

Responsable of Total Quality System for the Business Unit Bedding of Pirelli as a function responding directly to Pirelli Diversified Unit staff; I relaized and implemented the quality system project achieving the goal of increasing quality culture and targets.
