MARINE PILOTc. £44,000 - £66,000 + Overtime + Competitive Pension & Bene�ts

Applications are invited for the position of Marine Pilot with ABP Humber Estuary Services.

Associated British Ports is the UK’s largest port group operating 21 ports across the UK including various locations upon the Humber. The Humber is the UK’s busiest commercial waterway with a diverse range of shipping from coasters to VLCC’s and employs in excess of 100 Marine Pilots.

Pilots are rostered for 12 days on duty followed by 6 days o� duty completing, on average, 1 act of pilotage per day. In addition pilots have 24 consecutive days o� duty every 198 days as well as additional �exible leave days.

Applicants should possess an STCW II/2 Master or Chief Mates certi�cate of competency but more importantly an enthusiastic and motivated approach to learning a large and complex district.
