LEMON PUDDING

CREAM ½ CUP OF SUGAR WITH 1 TBLSP OF

BUTTER ADD 2 TBLSP OF FLOUR, A CUP OF MILK,

JUICE AND RIND OF 1 LEMON, AN EGG YOLK BEATEN IN WELL. ADD STIFFLY BEATEN EGG WHITE AND BAKE AS CUSTARD AT 150-180

DEGREES FOR ½ -3/4 OF AN HOUR

BARBEQUEMARINADE

COMBINE 2 TBLSP OF TOMATO SAUCE 1 TSP OF SUGAR 1TBLSP OF SOY SAUCE ¼ CUP OF CHILLI SAUCE AND 2 CLOVES

OF GARLIC IN TO A BOWL SUTABILE TO HOLD ALL THE STEAK. MIX WELL. COVER AND LEAVE FOR

AT LEAST 1 HOUR

Preparing the vegetables was just slicing the carrots and braking bits of cauliflower and broccoli off the main stalk. This was the third step of the dinner

Preparing the potato's consisted of washing them and then dicing them in to chunks. This was the second step of my dinner.

Preparing the meat was the first stage. I had to defrost the steak then marinate them in the marinade and leave them to the side to infuse.

The steak was cook for 5minutes on each side with the marinade then was ready to serve.

The wedges were cooked in a roasting dish or similar dish with baking oil for around 45minutes at 220 degrees

The vegetables were steamed cooked for 15 minutes then served.

The desert was made following the recipe then baked for 45 minutes at 180 degrees or until brown and crispy. Then whip cream with vanilla essence and icing sugar. Now its ready to serve.

Clean up was the last stage of my dinner. I had to wash and scrub a few things then leave them to dry.

MUM-FANTASTIC MEAL, STEAK VERY WELL COOKED TIME MANAGEMENT WASN’T THE BEST, DINNER WAS LATE AND WEDGES WERE READY 15 MNIUTES BERFORE STEAK AND VEGETABLES. SMALL FIRE WAS AN ISSUE. BUT HANDLED WELL. DESSERT WAS VERY NICE, TIME MANAGEMENT AGAIN AN ISSUE AS DESSERT WASN’T READY TO BE COOKED AS DINNER WAS READY. ALL IN ALL A VERY GOOD JOB DONE. WITH THE CLEAN UP ALSO VERY WELL DONE. LIAM DID SUCH A GOOD JOB HE SHOULD COOK MORE OFTEN .

EMILY- STEAK AND VEGTABLES WERE GOOD. WEDGES WERE BORING. DESERT WAS GOOD.

CALLUM-DINNER WAS GOOD. WEDGES WERE YUM. DESERT WAS GOOD.
