The couple was arrested and confessed that had beaten Marina "because she was greedy and asking for food." Found her dead . Hid her body in a freezer in which it was found.

Her family moved to avoid scrutiny, teachers of Marina reported her covered with bruises. The parents said she fell. If convicted, Sabatier and Darras could face life imprisonment.
