some things could be baking powder,( remember baking powder not yeast. The bakingpowder will help your cupcakes grow round.) If you dont have salt at home considerbuying some this will give your cupcakes a finer and tastier taste. You should also buybutter (without salt.) The butter will help to give your cupcake more consistence. Mostimportant sugar, to give your cupcakes a sweet taste. Youll also be needing eggsthat will also help your dough to be more consistent and milk to make your cupcakeskind of mushy and not all dry, last but not least flavor oils/essences/sustances of the

flavor youd like your cupcake to taste like, such as vanilla essence, chocolatesustance, strawberry sustance, etc. Those are the ingredients to make homemade stylecupcakes but if you dont have a lot of time for cupcakes instead of buying all of thatyou could buy/use cake mix or muffin mix they only need to be added vegetable oil,eggs and water and only take about 15-20 minutes baking and making.

And if youre going to buy thoseyou should certainly buy the best quality one, Betty Crocker. Another thing is that all the quantities variate like the most common is for 6-10cupcakes and the measures are: 3 cups of flour, 1 &1/2 tablespoons of baking powder, 3/4teaspoon of salt, 12 tablespoons of butter, 1 & 1/2 cups of sugar, 4 eggs, 2 teaspoons of the

essence/sustance/oil of your choice, 1 & 1/4 cups of milk.

But if you are going to use cake or muffin mix you will justhave to mix the vegetal oil and the eggs with the water and put it in the baking pan andthen put them in the oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

No one knowswho invented cupcakes but the main people to bring to theWorld cupcakes were Amelia Simmons in her Cookbook

American Cookery (not properly cupcakes but she revealed therecepie without the name cupcakes.) and with the proper nameof cupcake Eliza Leslie in her book receipts. They were mostlyknown to come up between 18th Century and 19th Century. Butin all that time cupcakes werent baked the way they arebaked now, not in muffin tins or cupcake pans they wouldentuse cupcake recepies, they used cake dough in individualpottery cups. Later, we modernized and cupcakes changed alot.
