About our charity….. St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital®, located in Memphis, Tennes-see, is one of the world’s premier centers for research and treatment of catastrophic diseases in children, primarily pediatric cancers.
Mission
The mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment. Consistent with the vision of our founder Danny Thomas, no child is denied treatment based on race, religion or a family's ability to pay.
Founding
St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital was founded by entertainer Dan-ny Thomas and opened in 1962.
When late entertainer Danny Thomas opened the doors to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in 1962, he was not just changing the
lives of children who would walk through its doors—he was changing lives across the world. When St. Jude completed its $1 billion, five-year
expansion in 2005, it bolstered the hospital's efforts to find cures for the catastrophic diseases of childhood. The growth more than doubled the size of the hospital’s original campus. The expansion included the
Children's GMP, LLC—the nation's only pediatric research center on-site facility for production of highly specialized treatments and vaccines—an expanded Department of Immunology and more. Now with the addition of the Chili’s Care Center, a larger, rejuvenated Kay Kafe cafeteria for employees and patients, and renovations to the medicine room and
rehabilitation areas, the hospital is more poised than ever to advance cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases
through research and treatment.
General Rules of the Show
We will be affiliated with S.H.O.W. RHBAA, and the RMHA. Questions not covered by
S.H.O.W. RHBAA, or RMHA rules shall be decided by the show management whose deci-
sion shall be final. All versatility classes will be judged according to TWHBEA Versatility
rules. All decisions of the Judge and or the DQP(s) will be final. The show management
reserves the right to refuse, accept conditionally and/or cancel entries, disqualify exhibi-
tors, prohibit showing of entries and award of prizes without claim for damages or re-
funds.
Rocky Mountain Classes
All RMHA and LSRC classes will be judged under the RMHA. Classes with this symbol (*)
will be applied to LSRC High Point Awards. LSRC classes are open to exhibitors 14 years
and older.
Stall Assignments
Stall fees will be $65.00 per stall for the length of the show. Stalls will be available for
move in after 12 noon, on Thursday, May 14, 2015 until 12 noon on Sunday May 17, 2015.
Anyone needing to move in before that time or leave after that time MUST make prior
arrangements with the show office.
Ground Rules
All dogs must be confined or kept on a leash. No dogs are allowed inside arena areas.
Dog owners will be held solely responsible for the actions of their dogs. Please dispose of
manure in designated areas. Do not put manure in trash containers. Please clean all
trash in and around stall area prior to leaving show grounds.
Exhibitor Numbers
Numbers to be worn by an exhibitor will be assigned to each horse, not the exhibitor.
This number must be worn in the show ring. Please make certain that your hair in no way
conceals the back number.
Amateur Owned & Trained
A horse that qualifies for an AOT class is a horse owned by an amateur that has not had
any type of professional training within the past 90 days. Professional training includes:
grooming, warming-up the horse, bracing, or given instructions by a professional.
Sportsmanship and Safety
Show Management reserves the right to disbar from competition, by immediate expul-
sion from the arena, any exhibitor displaying un-sportsman like conduct. Each exhibitor
is encouraged to practice safe horsemanship at all times on the show grounds.
Novice Rider Class
The Novice Rider Class is open to riders who have not won a first place ribbon in the past
3 years. Eligibility of a novice entry is established as of the date of the closing of entries.
OGB Pleasure Classes
The OGB Pleasure Class is open to all gaited breeds. The Pleasure Class is typically a two
-gaited class, unless otherwise specified. Entries in OGB Pleasure Classes are not re-
quired to furnish a horse registration number.

class is to be held. “No Shows” will be charged the regular entry fee.
Prompt Entrance into the Show Ring
A two-minute gate will be held for each class. Exhibitors must be prompt for en-
trance to the class or they will be excluded from that class. We have a lot of classes

Added Class Entries
An added class entry is simply the addition of a class for a horse that was entered
by the closing date of the show. There will be no fee other than the regular fee for
an added class. Added class entries must be made in the horse show office and
will be accepted up to one hour prior to the beginning performance in which a
class is to be held. Any exhibitor entering the show ring for a class not entered will
be assessed a $25 penalty, as well as the regular entry fee.
Trophies and Premiums
Six ribbons will be awarded in all classes, along with other awards to the First Place
finishers in all Championship classes.
Liabilities
All entries are accepted with the understanding that neither Gary and Debbie Clark
(Double C Texas Walkers), nor the George H. Henderson Jr. Expo Center will be
responsible for any loss, personal injury, or damage to horses exhibited or for any
article of any kind, or any nature that may be lost or destroyed or in any other way
damaged. All horses shall be under the control and direction of Show Manage-
ment but solely at the property occasioned by him or his agent or employees, or by
an animal owned or exhibited by him, and shall indemnify Gary and Debbie Clark
(Double C Texas Walkers) and the George H. Henderson Jr. Exposition Center
against any/or all loss, damages and liability thus occasioned including but not
limited to any and all legal cost, including attorney fees which may be incurred as a
result thereof. The submitting of an entry form to the Show Secretary shall constitute
acceptance of the provisions herein set forth.
Entries
All class entries must be made on the enclosed entry form (copies are okay), and
submitted at least 1 hour prior to the session.
All exhibitors must provide each horse’s registration number in the blanks provided
on the entry form before back numbers will be released. Country Pleasure Amateur
entries as well as Open Breed entries are not required to furnish registration num-
bers. All gaited breeds, registered or unregistered, may enter any Open Breed
class. Open Breed classes count toward versatility points, for TWHBEA and RHBAA.
Show Management reserves the right to consolidate any class in which there are
less than three (3) entries. Classes with fewer than three (3) entries will be reviewed
for cancellation next year. ALL EXHIBITORS MUST SIGN A RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM
BEFORE RIDING IN A CLASS. A PARENT OR GUARDIAN MUST SIGN FOR THOSE 18
YEARS OF AGE AND UNDER. RELEASES MAY BE OBTAINED IN THE SHOW OFFICE. ALL
MONEY MUST ACCOMPANY THE ENTRY FORM AND BE PAID BEFORE NUMBERS CAN BE
ISSUED. Any additional charges must be paid before leaving the show grounds.
ALL HORSES ENTERING THE GROUNDS MUST HAVE A NEGATIVE COGGINS TEST CUR-
RENT WITHIN TWELVE (12) MONTHS, SIX (6) MONTHS FOR OUT OF STATE HORSES.

Horses entering Championship Class are required to have been shown in at least
one of the qualifying classes for that category (Division). No post entry fee for
Championship Classes will be charged. Horses showing in Amateur Country Pleas-
ure cannot show in other divisions, but may show in Open Breed and Versatility clas-
