This lesson will teach you the basics of nutrition. We will outline the 5 food groups, talk about portions, and discuss how to set your plate up to be eating healthier.

EATING HEALTHY ON A BUDGETTuesday, June 19 at 7:15 p.m.During this program participants will gain three skills for eating healthy on a budget-planning, purchasing, and preparing. AUDREY HEPBURN: PORTRAIT OF A LADYWednesday, June 20 at 1:00 p.m. Young Audrey experienced the devastation of war first hand as a child in occupied Holland during WWII. More than just a legendary figure of beauty, grace and charm, Audrey worked tirelessly as a UNICEF Good-will Ambassador after retiring from the screen. This presentation by Marilyn Carminio will examine the many phases of the life of the fabulous Audrey Hepburn, including her continuing humanitarian legacy.

Sunday, May 6 at 2:00 p.m.Revisit the 1930s as Patti Dunham performs Shirley Temple’s most famous songs as well as lesser known gems by Hollywood’s best compos-ers. The program includes video clips and stills from those cherished movies. This concert is presented in
