What is Recruitment Process
Outsourcing?
The IHR Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) certification program walks you through how RPO providers assume responsibility over the hiring process, from job profiling through onboarding, resources, methodologies and reporting to effective implementation that reduces time to hire and associated costs.
IHR Certification
Not mandatory to enroll – still engage and learn from these two days
Pick which webcast you wish to attend; access archives for those you missed
How does the IHR certification process work?
• You have 18 months to obtain your credits, work experience and pass the exam (from when you obtain and logged your first certification credit)
– You are required to obtain 25 credits
– You also need 60 hours of on the job training
– Finally must receive 60% or higher on the exam in order to become certified
• Your credits are tracked in your HR.com profile
• You will also be required to achieve 20 credits annually to maintain your certification

– Unlimited eLearning Credits (400 to choose from)
– Unlimited Webcasts (3,000 to choose from)
