Summary Super encouraging month for Manhattan Beach real estate investment as total sales increased 61.9%, median sales price
improved 34.1%, and net listings jumped 23.7% month-over-month. In addition, the median days to sell and sales-listing ratio
metrics moved into positive double-digit territory.
In the news… According to C.A.R., “March’s statewide median home price was $483,280, up 8.9 percent from February and
