TIANJIN QUAYQUIP’S STEEL STRUCTURE MANUFACTURING FACILITY IS ISO 9001, EN 1090- 2 EXC 4 AND ISO 3834-2 CERTIFIED.

The Tianjin QuayQuip steel structure manufacturing facility is equipped with state-ofthe-art CNC machinery, production processes, testing and inspection equipment. The team is capable of handling the most demanding and diverse range of steel structures and mechanical parts requested by our customers and manufactured in an efficient and costeffective way under the safest conditions.

Tianjin QuayQuip works exclusively with qualified welders, metalworkers, engineers and designers using state of the art technologies and machines under the highest level of quality assurance and with a comprehensive testing regime.

We have our own in-house laboratory for material testing, complimented with highly trained internationally qualified Welding Engineers and non-destructive testing inspectors (all certified according EN/ISO and ASTM).

The group is committed to safety, quality and efficiency meeting all international qualification standards..

ISO 9001 ISO 9001 is an international standard related to quality management. The standard is a systematic and process driven approach to manage our business. ISO 9001 supports Tianjin QuayQuip in ensuring the needs of our customers, while delivering a constant level of quality and customer satisfaction.

EN 1090-2 is a European standard that regulates the fabrication and assembly of steel and aluminum structures and is recognized by the EU Construction Products Regulation (CPR). EN 1090 has defined four execution classes (EXE) of which EXC 4 is the highest. These classes define specific fabrication requirements, with complexity increasing as the numbers rise. The classification procedure is determined by the loadbearing capacity, material and fabrication procedure of the component or structure manufactured. This is linked to the consequences of failure and degree of fabrication complexity.

The ISO 3834-2 certificate assures process control and the observance of product quality requirements of any type of welded construction. Applying the ISO 3834 norm optimizes Tianjin QuayQuip’s welding process and helps to assure that the weld meets the set requirements.
