Scanner reads Lot No and Program to be run on the machine for the Shade

Scanner passes it onto the Production Monitoring (PM)

PM sends Program no to Machine PLC (possibility to be verified)

PM also captures time, employee information for the batch under production

ERP System

Scanner reads Lot No and Cone No and sends it to Computer

Operator enters Cone status after Inspection like Pass, Rejection

Rejected Cones will be barred from Despatches

Packing

After Inspection, Cones are packed

A box contains only one quality (count), whereas can have multiple shades, including a filler when necessary from the same count

All details of boxes are entered into a system and Carton No generated

Generated Carton No and other details are written on the paperboard as well as the polythene bag

While generating Carton No. all important conditions have to checked like min quantity, depot, etc.
