WALCUT Models 24 and 30 Pneumatic Wall Saws Years of proven field performance with a track

3. Self-propelled in either direction. The travel is controlled by the amount of torque adjusted through air regulator. Saw tends to

slow down when encountering obstructions like steel.

4. All controls are conveniently located for ease of operation. Four adjustments do the job.

6. Accurate cutting depth is obtained by single acting positive screw feed on Model 24 (10” carriage movement), and double acting

In the tradition of GDM quality, dependability and ease of operation, we present GDM’s new E400 Hertz Hicycle Inverter /

Controller. Made in the USA, it is designed to power GDM’s Model 24E and 30E Walcut Saws. GDM’s E400Z produces constant

torque at variable speeds with soft start in forward or reverse direction. Now the saw operator has a broader power range with blade

WALCUT Models 24H & 30H Hydraulic Wall Saws In the tradition of GDM quality we are Manufacturing these high

Both Models 24H and 30H are provided with the enclosed propelling

gearbox, either manual or hydraulically self propelled.

This remote self-propelling depth control has added a new dimension to the

GDM Walcut Wall Saw, allowing the operator control at a cleaner, safer

distance from the work being performed. The “Walcut Wizard” enables the

operator to plunge or retract the saw blade at a controlled rate. The remote

control “Walcut Wizard” works in conjunction with the new “RMT 200” multi-

function remote on the GDM Electric and Pneumatic Wall Saws.

Designed for remote control of pneumatic self-propelling

gearboxes, this multi-function unit controls speed and

direction, at a cleaner, safer distance from your Walcut

wall saw. The new GDM hand held remote control

device is easy to operate. This unit is a welcome addition

to the clean and simple use of the GDM electric and

pneumatic Walcut Wall Saws.

New “Walcut Wizard" Hydraulic Depth Control

The Remote Self-propelling depth control has added a new dimension to GDM

Walcut Wall Saws, allowing operator control at a cleaner, safer distance from

the work being performed. The new depth control enables the operator to plunge

or retract the saw blade at a controlled rate. The remote control “Walcut Wiz”

works in conjunction with the new GDM multi-function RMT 300

Hydraulic Remote.

Now you can safely operate your sawing and drilling equipment remotely. This

new hydraulic multi-function remote control works in conjunction with GDM

Walcut wall saws, Corcut core drills and wire saws. The unit is designed to

control direction, speed and flow (torque) up to 35 gpm. This remote unit directs

the drive and self-propelling systems allowing the operator ease in maneuvering

the up and down and forward and reverse applications of the equipment.

Accessories – Wall Saws New Walcut EZ Mount Base

You asked for it and GDM made it. Model 24 Walcut Wall Saws can mount anywhere on the track. The new EZ Mount Base with

movable camfollowers snaps in and out to transform the GDM Model 24 Wall Saw into an easily mounted wall saw. A simple track

adjustment with our new “hold off” leveling screws completes the transformation. The leveling screws aid in track mounting on

uneven surfaces and give the new base the required room to operate. This combines the bulletproof stability of GDM equipment with

the convenience of mounting the wall saw anywhere on the track.

WALCUT Caddy A transporter for your WALCUT Saw.

This is a caddy to carry all your WALCUT components from your truck to your jobsite location.

The caddy carries the following: WALCUT saw, WALCUT track (ten feet), WALCUT Blade Guard,

saw blades, and tools. The caddy has 13 inch heavy-duty pneumatic tires for easy maneuvering.

Universal WALCUT Tracking Carriage

Thoughtfully engineered and modularly designed

to complement GDM tracks. “The trick is in the

track” takes on new meaning with this tracking

plate. Use this in conjunction with our WALCUT

Tracks, any GDM CORCUT drill, or with a

number of different tools, such as our HANDICUT

Saw for precision movement back and forth. This

carriage gives you the edge in line drilling, cutting

or breaking with reduced set-up time.

WALCUT interconnecting tracks insure the stability; accuracy and mobility of the total

WALCUT Sawing System.

• Each track is matched and interchangeable, butted and aligned for continuous cutting.

• Precise pin and dowel connection from one track to the next with matching gear racks.

• Available in 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1 foot sections, allowing any job to be laid out in one foot increments and handled as one piece when interlocked.

WALCUT Curved Tracks

(T3000C) curved tracks can be made to order

to fit diameters as small as 10 to 12 feet.

Standard track parts are bent (rolled) to the

correct radius before assembly. Only minor

adjustments are needed to have the WALCUT

saw fit each diameter. Although the tracks,

once curved, can only be used for the designed

diameter, the saw can always be readjusted to fit any curve.

Features: 1. Each track section can he butted and aligned for

a. Interlock plates between tracks are in the open and easily accessible.

b. A bolt in an interlock plate can also function as a safety stop.

c. The hold-down force of a bolt in one track is transferred to the next track

through the interlock plate.

3. Safety stops are gained through the use of vice grips and leveling screw

holes in addition to the interlock plates.

4. Leveling screws are provided for leveling and stiffening the track on uneven

surfaces. Screws are in the open and easily accessible.

6. Anchor bolt slots are long slots for maximum flexibility in positioning. Any

number of bolts can be put in any position. Long slots allow for adding a

bolt in slots after the track is up.

WALCUT Blade Guards Rigid lightweight aluminum WALCUT Guards are available for 18”

through 72” diameter blades. WALCUT Blade guards consist of a

one, two or three piece unit with snap-on removable ends, introduced

by GDM. The blade guard front (or rear) removes to finish a cut up to

obstructions. An enclosed novel water jet system allows coolant water

to be distributed across the entire blade surface. Designed especially

for GDM WALCUT Concrete Cutting Equipment.

Features: 1. Built of lightweight, rigid, brushed aluminum construction. Each

guard has a bend on the bottom surface for rigidity and to restrict the

water from splashing outside. Water flaps are provided on each end to

confine water spray.

2. The water jet system is completely enclosed in the guard and

mounted so that it directs water near the blade hub to be carried by

centrifugal force over the entire blade. This method fully cools and

flushes any blade diameter that will fit in the guard.

3. The 18” diameter guard: is a single piece construction and adapts to

both WALCUT Model 24/24H/24E and 30/30H/30E saws.

4. The 24” diameter guard: comes with front end removable (single-

ended) to complete a cut. The removable ends are locked into

position with screw knobs. Adapts to both WALCUT 24/24H/24E

and 30/30H/30E saws.

5. The 24” to 60” diameter guards: come either single-ended or with

both ends removable (double-ended). This allows the saw unit to

finish a cut up to obstructions with the removal of the appropriate

guard end. Example: ceiling to floor or wall to wall. These guards are

made adaptable to WALCUT Model 30, but can be made

interchangeable with the WALCUT Model 24.

6. The 36” to 72” diameter guards: are reinforced with embossed

indentation channel for additional rigidity, and an extra snap lock is

provided between the main body and the removable ends to reduce

vibration. A handle extension is provided to fit over the saw depth

screw to allow the depth screw crank handle to clear the guard in the

up position.

Silencing/Safety Blade Guard: Designed to reduce noise levels and provide additional safety

precautions while cutting. This stationary bladeguard completely

encloses the blade during operation. The blade is never exposed at

any cutting depth. The two-piece aluminum construction is rigid

and light-weight. The front panel is removable for

convenience. We feature our enclosed GDM Water

Jet System which allows coolant water to be

distributed across the entire blade surface.

A. (3000A) Saw Alignment Tool. Tool bolts to the WALCUT blade hub, and when rotated or

swung back & forth between track rail edges, dial gauge reads saw (blade) alignment to track.

B. (3000B) Eccentric Wrench. Special GDM tool to fit eccentric bushing for aligning the blade

with the track, as well as adjusting the fit of the camfollowers to track rails. Tips on fluted
