1.0 General Information
The aim of this system is to reduce costs and increase bus operators and travel agencies
sales, make bus travel easily accessible. Wemovo offers for travel agents an easy way to
connect with all affiliated bus operators.
The purpose of wemovo’s system is to insert/store/administrate bus lines information with
precise location and GEO positions, routes followed, timetables, ticket prices, types of
passengers and types of buses. Even more, wemovo provides a selection of 12 modules that
aim to ease the pains and needs of Bus Operators (BO).

1.1 System Overview
Fundamentally, this software is a Global Distribution System (GDS) which means wemovo
connects bus operators with digital and stationary travel agencies through its own
developed system. Basically, it is a network that enables digitized and automated data
exchange of bookings/transactions between travel agents and bus operators. Wemovo
offers the GDS for free (web and mobile) and charges a %-commission for successful
mediated tickets.
IT-Solution aims to solve particularly Bus Operators pains and needs and it is built in
different Modules (12) to offer Bus Operators the most suitable solution(s). Wemovo offers
for example an Internet Booking Engine (IBE) to give clients the opportunity of booking
tickets from anywhere at anytime, a Travel Agency Management Tool (TAM) to control and
analyze a Bus Operator’s affiliated Travel Agents, a Yield Optimization Management Tool
(YMS) to harvest revenues to the max and many other functions more with currently 40
main functions and over 200 sub-functions.
The modules are Software as a Service (SaaS) and will be continuously updated on a
monthly base from the wemovo Product and IT-Team.
To use the GDS or any IT-Product the Bus operator has to insert details (name of the line,
bus lines, bus rides, bus stations, GEO positions, timetable, weekdays, types of passengers,
types of tickets, and book tickets, purchase tickets, seat number and ticket prices tables for
the bus operators and travel agencies etc.) via automated digital interface (API) or manually
with the help of a data entry administrator.
The system is supported by various languages, is able to sell tickets in different type of
currencies based on local currency, included various payment methods (VISA, MasterCard,
PayPal, SOFORT etc.) depending on individual customer and country, optimized for mobile
devices whether they are in iOS or Android.

1.2 Structure of the Manual
The user’s manual consists of 4 sections.
“General Information”, “System Overview”, “Getting Started” and “Using the System”.
General information section explains the system and the system’s purpose in general terms.
System Overview section provides a general overview of the system. The uses of the system,
its hardware and software requirements, system’s configuration, user access levels, and
system’s behavior in case of any troubleshooting issues.
Getting started section explains how to implement wemovo’s IT-Solution (module) and
usage. Using The System section provides a detailed description of system functions.

2.0 USING THE SYSTEM
2.1 Logging On and System Menu
Each company will get a User Name and a Password in order to Log in into the online
system of wemovo. The log in details will be provided by wemovo. In case you forget the
password, you can click on Forgot password option and enter your email address. You will
receive instructions via email on how to reset the password.

Once you are logged in the Graphical User Interface looks like the picture below:
The left-handed column, colored dark-blue, shows the module
(product) structure main functions, the centralized area shows the
operations regarding the functions of the left-handed column.Each
link has its specific operations and is very important for the
software. Through these links the client can book, compare bus
lines, add bus lines and bus stations, search, use statistics, etc. We
will go through each one and explain it in details.
In the upper right-hand corner, there are a variety of languages
that will benefit international clients.
Languages provided by the system are: English, Italian, Albanian,
German, French, Spanish, Portuguese and Slovenian.

2.2 Operational Module
Here are some details for some of the features in Operational Module:
2.2.1Vehicle Management
When we want to enter a new bus we should click on New Bus button and fill in the bus
details such as the number of seats, the plate and the bus model.
By clicking the Maintenance button we can put information regarding the service and
maintenance of the bus. For example when was the last service control made, or when
should the next service control be made and save the changes by clicking the Save Changes
button.
Define the schedule for buses, drivers and plan driver's holiday. You also get an automatic suggestion on how to schedule buses Spare parts tracking, setting a seating map and storing of registration documents. Add a bus or change the number of seats manually Register, store driver's personal data, driver's attestation, salary settings and receive automatic notification about driver's documents validity Manage subcontractor's core data, related documents and their vehicles Define name of the bus line, bus stations, passenger types, price types, of days, timetable, departure days and print out all relevant information Define station names, addresses, city, country, geo positioning and country borders

2.2.2 Line Management
This function will show us the existing lines for different destinations. In the picture we see
the lines by name. For example Macedonia - Switzerland is the name of the line, its starting
point and the final destination.
By clicking New Line we can add New Line by naming the line and selecting origin station and
destination station and Save the Changes.

Then you have to add one by one any bus stop or border station that this line goes through.
In addition, you need to select passenger type, currencies and other information.
By clicking the Timetable we can see the existing line in details, departure times, arrival
times, and bus schedules travel (weekdays).

Example of the timetable:
Price tables its part of timetable when you can set schedule for those lines. By clicking the
Price table we will be able to see and to put the different prices regarding the route where
does the bus travel. For example From Zagreb to Bruxelles it will show all the stopping places
and possible boarding passengers also we can put prices and select the passenger types.

2.2.3Station and (country) border management
You must enter all bus stations into the system by clicking on the New Bus Station button.
You have to name the Bus Station by its name or the gathering point for example: Central
Bus station Hamburg. The form needs to be filled by inputting the relevant information about
the bus station. In order to proceed you need to fill in the Name of the bus station, Country,
City, the exact address and GEO positions.
After that you can save the information, as shown below, for all the cities that the bus will
travel in:

After the required fields are filled, you can Save Changes as shown in the picture below.
2.3 Pricing Module
Define different passenger types based on age, profession and personal situation e.g. handicapped
Create return prices based on the length of time the ticket is valid
Define different type of accessory such as: bicycle, pet and so on, give it a description and put a price on that accessory
Define ticket cancellation policies based on time before departure Define general and promotional price table and specify prices depending on departures, sales channels, passenger types and return tickets Define type of currency that can be used at the price table

2.3.1Passenger Type
With this function we will be able to add different types of passengers as adult, children with
specific age groups etc. By differentiating the types of passengers the prices for specific type
of passengers will differ to. For this purpose you must first click the new passenger type
button as shown below:
After that, another window will appear where you must enter the details of what type of
passengers you want to create. We name it the passenger and putt description than we have
three types of reductions where we can select depending on age, depending on professions
or personal situation and the third one group. After we decide what type the added type of
passenger will be we can put the amount of discount in percentage.

2.3.2 Return Prices
The purpose of this link is to add the ticket type. You must click on New return price to
proceed as shown in Pic.1.

A new window will appear where you should include the description, validity and enter the
number of days according to ticket validity as below and save changes as shown in Pic.2:

2.3.3 Accessories
We can also add a New Accessory based on customer requests, by clicking the New Accessory
button and name the accessory such as: bicycle, pet and so on, give it a description and put a
price on that accessory and save changes.
As you can see here are some accessories with their prices:

Define ticket cancellation policies based on time before departure.

2.3.5 Price Table
Price tables its part of timetable. By clicking the Price table we will be able to see and to put
the different prices regarding the route where does the bus travel.
2.3.6 Currencies
Relying that many countries have different currencies you can specific yours with code, name
and symbol.
So you can add more than one currencies, this is shown below.

Module
2.4.1 Transactions
In this section we can see all the ticket sold by travel agencies, commissions, the amount to
be paid and the balance at the end in specific currencies.

Shows all the bus line, departure city, arrival city, departure city filtered by bus line, bus ride, departure date, origin station. Inline booking etc.
Shows all the sold tickets and export all bookings, manage ticket settings and background colors for IBE
Create and manage sales partner/travel agency accounts (as pre-paid or post-paid) where travel agencies can manage bookings and sell tickets

2.4.2 Reservation
Reservation Tool shows all the bus line, departure city, arrival city, departure city selected by
bus line, bus ride, departure date, origin station, destination station. It is easy to reset all.
You just need to click the blue button that says Reset filters. Also it is easy to export in excel
the schedule of those buses and those lines.
Inline booking is part of reservation tool that helps the bus operator to perform bookings.

After filling information about passenger and click Book, client will receive an email when
ticket and receipt are attached as in picture below.

2.4.3 Booking
Bookings Functionalso shows you allthe sold tickets. The function is divided in several
columns where you can see the date of the bookings, order number, name, email, agency,
price, currency status and actions. You can export the bookings into a MicrosoftExcel file.
Date - is the first row on the picture where it shows the date when the ticket booking is done
Order Number – Is a unique number for every booking generated when the customer is
paying for the ticket
First and Last name – are the columns show the customer name and last name
Email – The customers email
Agency – Showsthe agency that sold the bus ticket
Currency – Shows with what currency the ticket was sold, because it can be paid with
different currencies
Price – Shows the actual ticket price
Status – Shows the status of the sold ticket if it is confirmed, means that the process of
payment and booking was done successfully
Actions – This column is very useful for editing the booking method

When you click Editing link you enter a new page where it shows the same information about
the customer that has booked a ticked. Also by clicking the blue button, you canResend
Booking Confirmationif for some reason the customer did not receive the confirmation or by
clicking the red button you can CANCEL the booking and it will be canceled the entire
booking process will be canceled.

2.5 Travel Agency Management

agency selling platform to search for routes, book tickets
and pay with various payment methods to end customers

In order to add a new travel agency as your ticket reseller you need to go to Travel Agency
function and click New Travel Agency button. After that another window will open as shown
below:

The bus operator can input the name of the travel agency, its VAT number, percentage,
agency fee, the address etc. and the username and password to for that specific agency.
We can also define if we want the agency to be a Pre-Paid one or not and if the agency has
the right to cancel the tickets or not. Then we save changes.
When a bus operator creates atravel agency, you will seemore option like Edit, Commission,
Transactions and Delete.

Edit-Used if the company wants to change something about the travel agency.
Commissions – Here are five columns. Type includes percentage and absolute values (when
the travel agency receives full profit), the Value of profit, limitation number of minimum and
maximum sold tickets, and Actions.
Transaction – We can see all the ticket sold by travel agencies
Delete- when the bus operator has no cooperation with a travel agency, it can easily delete
the travel agency.

After creating a travel agency, the bus operator can give the Log-In credentials and Link to
the affiliated travel agency to start using the system. The system for the travel agency will
