GARANZIAa) La presente garanzia nei rapporti commerciali o in caso di vendita di beni per uso professionale èlimitataallariparazioneosostituzionedelpezzodelProdottoriconosciutodaFRATELLICOMUNELLOSPAqualedifettosomedianteProdotti rigeneratiequivalenti (diseguito“GaranziaConvenzionale”),nonrisultacompresanellagaranziailcostonecessarioperleattivitàdiriparazioneesostituzionedelmateriale(atitoloesemplificativocostidimanodopera,noleggiomateriali,etc).

b)E’esclusal’applicazionedelladisciplinadettatadagliarticoli1490-1495delCodiceCivile.c)FRATELLICOMUNELLOSPAgarantisceilfunzionamentodeiProdottineilimitiindicatialsuperiorepuntosuba).Salvodiversoaccordo,lavaliditàdellaGaranziaConvenzionaleèdi36(trentasei)mesidalladatadiproduzione, rilevabile sui Prodotti. La Garanzia risulterà efficace e vincolante per COMUNELLO solo se ilprodottoverràcorrettamentemontatoemanutentatoinconformitàalleregolediinstallazioneedisicurezzaindicatenelladocumentazionefornitadaCOMUNELLOocomunquerinvenibilesulsitohttp://www.comunello.com/it/corporate/condizioni-generali/

d)Lagaranzianoncomprende:avarieodannicausatidaltrasporto;avarieodannicausatidavizidell’impiantoelettrico presente presso l’acquirente il prodotto e/o da trascuratezza, negligenza, inadeguatezza, usoanomaloditaleimpianto;avarieodannidovutiamanomissioniposteinesseredapartedipersonalenonautorizzatooconseguentialloscorrettouso/installazione(aquestoproposito,siconsigliaunamanutenzionedelsistemaalmenoogniseimesi)oall’impiegodipezzidiricambiononoriginali;difetticausatidaagentichimici e/o fenomeni atmosferici. La garanzia non comprende il costo per materiale di consumo, in ognicasoCOMUNELLOmaturailcreditoperl’interventoeseguitopressoilcliente,laddovequest’ultimosiriveliinutilepoichénonrisultavaoperantelagaranziaoperchéilclienteavevautilizzatoilprodottoCOMUNELLOinmodonegligente,imprudenteodimperito,talepercuiilcorrettoutilizzodelprodottoavrebbepotutoevitarel’installazione.

e)Terminiattuativi:salvodiversoaccordo,ildirittoallaGaranziaConvenzionalesiesercitaesibendocopiadeldocumentodiacquisto(fatturafiscale)aCOMUNELLO.IlClientedevedenunciareildifettoaCOMUNELLOentroilterminedidecadenzadi30(trenta)giornidallascoperta.L’azione deve essere esercitata entro il termine di prescrizione di 6 (sei) mesi dalla scoperta. I pezzi deiProdottiperiqualivienerichiestal’attivazionedellaGaranziaConvenzionaledevonoesserespeditidalClientepressoFRATELLICOMUNELLOSPA,ViaCassola64,36027Rosà(VI)Italia.

f) Il Cliente non potrà richiedere il risarcimento di danni indiretti, mancati profitti, perdita di produzioneed inognicasononpotràpretendereatitolodirisarcimentosommesuperiorialvaloredeicomponentiodeiProdottiforniti.TuttelespeseperiltrasportodeiProdottidariparareoriparati,anchesecopertidallaGaranziaConvenzionale,sonoacaricodelCliente.

g) Nessun intervento esterno effettuato dal personale tecnico di COMUNELLO è coperto dalla GaranziaConvenzionale.

h)ModifichespecifichedellecondizionidellaGaranziaConvenzionalequidescrittepossonoesseredefinitedallepartineipropricontratticommerciali.

i)IncasodicontroversialegalediqualsiasinaturaèapplicabileildirittoitalianoedècompetenteilForodiVicenza.

FOR THE INSTALLER – IMPORTANT- TheNewRaingaugemustbepermanentlyconnectedtothepowersupplynetworkandisnotequipped

withanytypeof230Vacelectriclinesectioningdevice.Theinstallerisresponsibleforinstallingasectio-ningdeviceinthesystem.AnomnipolarswitchwithoverheatingcategoryIIImustbeinstalled.Itmustbepositionedinsuchawaythatitisprotectedagainstaccidentalclosures.

- Forconnections(powersupplyandoutletcontact)werecommendtheuseofflexiblewireswithaninsula-tingsheathinharmonisedpolychloroprene(H05RN-F).Thewiresshouldhaveaminimumcross-sectionof0.75mm2.

- Fastentheconnectioncablesusingthecableclampsuppliedwiththeproductkit.- Handlethesensorwithcareduringtheassemblyprocessandmakesurethatallcomponentsareproperly

assembled.Payparticularattentiontotheceramicplateandtheflatconnectioncable.Whenclosingtheboxagain,itmustfoldbackonitselfnormally.

- Itisveryimportanttoestablishanexactlocationsothattheproductisexposedtorain.- Fixthedevicetothewallusingthescrewsandrawlplugssuppliedwiththeproduct,inthecorrectposition

(seefigures1-2,page6).- Makesurethatthesensorremainstiltedatapproximately45degrees(Fixingareaatthetop,roundendof

theboxatthebottom).- Donotpaintorvarnishthesensitivesurfaceofthesensor.- Thedirtwhichaccumulatesonthesurfaceofthesensorrestrictsitssensitivity:wethereforerecommend

thatitiscleanedonceortwiceayearusingadampcloth,aftertheelectricitysupplyhasbeendisconnected.- Alloperationsrequiring theopeningof thecasing (suchas installation,programmingandrepair,etc.)

mustbecarriedoutbyskilledprofessionalsonly.- Rainsensor

FOR THE USER - IMPORTANT- Thedeviceshouldnotbeusedbychildrenorbyindividualswithreducedphysicalorpsychologicalabili-

tiesunlesssupervisionisprovidedorinstructiongivenonhowtooperateit.- Donotletchildrenplaywiththedevice;keepradiocontrolsoutoftheirreach.- CAUTION:Keepthisinstructionmanualinasafeplaceandadheretotheimportantsafetyinstructionscon-

tainedwithinit.Non-adherencetotheseinstructionsmayleadtopropertydamageandseriousaccidents.- Examinethesystemfrequentlytocheckforanysignsofdamage.Donotusethedeviceifitneedstoberepaired.- Iftheconnectionwireshavetobereplaced,pleasecontactaqualifiedtechnicianonly.

4. INSTALLATIONCAUTION:therainsensorbeginstooperatenormallyapproximatelyoneminuteafterithasbeenconnectedtotheelectricitynetwork.Thisperiodoftimeenablesthesensortoreachtherequiredtemperature.

The anemometer contain pollutant elements, must be disposed of in accordance with environmentalregulations(FratelliComunelloS.p.A.advisetouseaspecificdisposalsystem).

5. PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT

GUARANTEEa)Inbusinessrelationshipsorincaseofproductssoldforprofessionaluse,thiswarrantyislimitedtotherepairorreplacementofproductpartsthatFRATELLICOMUNELLOSPAacknowledgesasdefective,throughequivalentre-manufacturedProducts(the"ConventionalWarranty");thewarrantydoesnotincludethecostsnecessaryforrepairingorreplacingthematerial(e.g.labourcosts,rentalofequipmentetc).

b)Theprovisionscontainedinarticles1490to1495oftheItalianCivilCodeshallnotapply.

c) FRATELLI COMUNELLO SPA warrants the proper operation of the products within the limits indicatedin a) above. Unless otherwise agreed, the validity of the Conventional Warranty is 36 (thirty-six) monthsfromtheproductiondate,whichcanbefoundontheproducts.TheWarrantyshallbeeffectiveandbindingon COMUNELLO only if the product has been correctly installed and maintained in accordance with theinstallationandsafetyrulessetoutinthedocumentationprovidedbyCOMUNELLOorotherwiseavailableonthewebsitehttp://www.comunello.com/corporate/general_conditions_sales/

d)Thewarrantydoesnotcover:failuresordamagecausedbytransport;failuresordamagecausedbydefectsintheelectricalsystemofthebuyerand/orbycarelessness,negligence,inadequateorabnormaluseofsuchsystem;failureordamageduetotamperingcarriedoutbyunauthorizedpersonnelorduetoincorrectuse/installation(inthisregard,systemmaintenanceatleasteverysixmonthsisrecommended)ortheuseofnon-originalspareparts;defectscausedbychemicalagentsand/oratmosphericphenomena.Thewarrantydoesnotcoverthecostofconsumables;inanyevent,COMUNELLOshallbeentitledtoaconsiderationfortheworkperformedattheCustomer,wheresuchworkprovesuselessasthewarrantydidnotapplyorbecausethecustomerhadusedtheComunelloproductinanegligent,recklessorincompetentmanner,suchthattheproperuseoftheproductcouldhaveavoidedthework.

e) Implementation terms: unless otherwise agreed, the right to the Conventional Warranty is exercisedby showing a copy of the purchase document (invoice) to COMUNELLO. Any defect must be notified toCOMUNELLOwithinthetimelimitofthirty(30)daysfromdetectionofthedefect.Theactionmustbeexercisedwithinthelimitationperiodof6(six)monthsfromdetectionofthedefect.TheProductpartsforwhichtheCustomerrequestsapplicationoftheConventionalWarrantymustbereturnedbytheCustomertoFRATELLICOMUNELLOSPA,ViaCassola64,36027Rosà(VI)Italy.

f)TheCustomercannotclaimcompensationfor indirectdamage,lossofprofits, lossofproductionandinanycaseitcannotclaimcompensationforanamountthatexceedsthevalueofthesuppliedcomponentsorproducts.AlltransportcostsforProductsthathavebeenrepairedortoberepaired,althoughcoveredbytheConventionalWarranty,shallbechargedtotheCustomer.

g)NoexternalworkcarriedoutbyComunellotechnicalstaffiscoveredbytheConventionalWarranty.

h) Specific amendments to the Conventional Warranty conditions described herein can be defined by thepartiesintheircommercialcontracts.

i)TheCourtofVicenza(Italy)shallbetheplaceofjurisdictionforanydisputewhichwillbesettledaccordingtotheItalianlaws.

Der Anemometer enthält Bauteile, die nicht wiederverwertet werden können (Kunststoffmaterial undelektronischeBauteile).DiesesindkeinnormalerMüllundmüssendaherangemessenentsorgtwerden.ImZweifelsfallmitdementsprechendenEntsorgungsunternehmenKontaktaufnehmen.

GARANTIEa)DieseGarantie beschränktsichimRahmenderGeschäftsbeziehungenoder imFalledesVerkaufsvonGüternfürdenprofessionellenGebrauchaufdieReparaturoderAuswechslungdesvonderFirmaFRATELLICOMUNELLO SPA als fehlerhaft anerkannten Produktbestandteiles durch gleichwertige regenerierteProdukte (im Folgenden „Konventionalgarantie“); nicht in der Garantie enthalten sind die anfallendenKosten für die Reparatur- und Auswechslungsarbeiten des Materials (beispielsweise Lohnkosten,Materialmietkosten,usw.).

b)DieAnwendungderRegelunglautArtikel1490-1495desital.Zivilgesetzbucheswirdausgeschlossen.

c) FRATELLI COMUNELLO SPA garantiert die Funktionsfähigkeit der Produkte im Rahmen der imoberen Punkt a) angegebenen Grenzen. Sofern nicht anders vereinbart, beträgt die Gültigkeitsdauer derKonventionalgarantie36(sechsunddreißig)MonateabdemaufdenProduktenstehendenProduktionsdatum.Die Garantie ist für COMUNELLO nur dann wirksam und bindend, wenn das Produkt korrekt montiertundgewartetwird, inEntsprechungder Installations-undSicherheitsregeln,die indervonCOMUNELLOgeliefertenDokumentationaufgeführtbzw.aufderWebsitehttp://www.comunello.com/corporate/general_conditions_sales/zufindensind.

d)VonderGarantieausgeschlossensind:StörungenoderSchäden,dievomTransportverursachtwerden;StörungenoderSchäden,dievonMängelnanderelektrischenAnlagebeimKäuferdesProduktesverursachtwerden und/oder durch Verwahrlosung, Nachlässigkeit, Unangemessenheit, anomalem Gebrauch dieserAnlage; Störungen oder Schäden durch Verstellungen, die von unbefugtem Personal ausgeführt werdenoder die sich aus einer unkorrekten Benutzung/Installation ergeben (diesbezüglich wird mindestens allesechsMonateeineSystemwartungempfohlen),oderdurchdenEinsatznichtoriginalerErsatzteile;Fehler,die von chemischen Mitteln und/oder Witterungserscheinungen verursacht werden. Die Garantie umfasstkeineKostenfürVerbrauchsmaterialienundderFirmaCOMUNELLOistinjedemFalldieBezahlungfürdenEingriffbeimKundenzuleisten,wennsichdieserwegennichtrechtsgültigerGarantiealszweckloserweist,oderwennderKundedasCOMUNELLO-Produktinnachlässiger,unvorsichtigeroderungeschickterWeiseverwendethat,d.h.wenneinekorrekteBenutzungdesProduktesdieInstallationhättevermeidenkönnen.

e) Ausführungsbedingungen: Sofern nicht anders vereinbart, ist zur Erhebung des Anspruchs auf dieKonventionalgarantie eine Kopie des Kaufdokuments (Steuerrechnung) bei COMUNELLO vorzulegen. DerKundemussderFirmaCOMUNELLOdenFehler innerhalbeinerFrist von30 (dreißig)TagennachseinerFeststellung melden. Der Garantieanspruch ist innerhalb der Verjährungsfrist von 6 (sechs) Monaten abseinerFeststellungzuerheben.DieProduktbestandteile,fürdieeineAktivierungderKonventionalgarantiegefordertwird,sindvomKundenanfolgendeAdressezusenden:FRATELLICOMUNELLOSPA,ViaCassola64,36027Rosà(Vicenza)Italien.

f) Der Kunde hat keinen Anspruch auf Entschädigung für indirekte Schäden, Gewinneinbußen, sowieProduktionsverlusteundkann in jedemFallalsEntschädigungkeinehöherenBeträgeverlangenalsdenWert der gelieferten Komponenten oder Produkte. Der Kunde übernimmt, auch bei Deckung durch dieKonventionalgarantie,alleKostenfürdenTransportderzureparierendenoderrepariertenProdukte.

g)KeinvomtechnischenPersonalderFirmaCOMUNELLObetriebsexternausgeführteEingriffwirdvonderKonventionalgarantiegedeckt.

h)ÄnderungenandenhierbeschriebenenspezifischenBedingungenderKonventionalgarantiekönnenvondenVertragspartnerninihrenHandelsverträgendefiniertwerden.

i)ImFallevonRechtsstreitenirgendwelcherArtistdasitalienischeRechtanzuwendenundderGerichtsstandistVicenza.

Этот датчик в основном состоит из чувствительной поверхности, способной определять наличие воды. Для того чтобы избежать скопления конденсата и ускорить испарение, эта поверхность нагревается при помощи встроенного нагревательного элемента, который включается при необходимости. ВАЖНОЕ ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ ДЛЯ МОНТАЖНИКА- Датчик дождя должен быть постоянно соединен с сетью электропитания, он не оснащен какими-либо внутренними отключающими устройствами, поэтому монтажник должен предусмотреть при установке отключающее устройство. Его нужно расположить так, чтобы оно было защищено от случайных касаний. - Для подключения (электропитание и выходной контакт) рекомендуется использовать гибкие кабели с резиновой изоляцией типа (H05RN-F) с минимальным сечением проводников 0,75 мм2.- Следует обращаться с осторожностью с датчиком в момент монтажа, обеспечить правильную сборку его частей. Особое внимание следует обратить на керамическую пластину и плоский шлейф подключения. При закрытии коробки обе части должны плотно сомкнуться.- Очень важно правильно определить расположение датчика, чтобы он находился в зоне подверженной воздействию осадков.- Прикрепите устройство к стене, используя винты и дюбели, поставляемые вместе с изделием, (см. рисунок в разделе "Установка").- Обратите внимание, чтобы датчик был наклонен под углом примерно 45 градусов (зона крепления вверху, круглый край коробки внизу).- Не закрашивайте и не наносите эмаль на чувствительную поверхность датчика.- Накапливающая на поверхности датчика грязь ограничивает его чувствительность: поэтому мы рекомендуем один или два раза в год очищать его влажной тряпкой, предварительно отключив электропитание.- Операции, требующие открытия корпуса (монтаж, программирование, ремонт и т. д.), должны выполняться только специализированным техническим персоналом.

ВАЖНОЕ ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ ДЛЯ ПОЛЬЗОВАТЕЛЯ- Устройство не должно использоваться детьми или людьми с ограниченными психическими и физическими

способностями, за исключением случаев, когда они находятся под руководством или обучены работе и способам использования.

- Не разрешайте детям играть с устройством и храните в недоступном для них месте пульты радиоуправления.

- ВНИМАНИЕ: храните эти инструкции и выполняйте предписания по безопасности, приведенные в этом руководстве. Несоблюдение инструкций может привести к причинению ущерба и серьезным несчастным случаям.

ВНИМАНИЕ: Датчик дождя начинает работать в нормальном режиме приблизительно спустя минуту после подачи электропитания. Это время необходимо для того, чтобы датчик достиг нужной температуры.

- Регулярно проверяйте установку для определения признаков повреждений. Не используйте устройство, если его нужно отремонтировать.

- В случае необходимости замены соединительных кабелей, следует обращаться исключительно к опытному и квалифицированному персоналу.

Датчик дождя содержит компоненты, загрязняющие окружающую среду. Их утилизация должна осуществляться в соответствии с положениями природоохранного законодательства (Компания Fratelli Comunello SpA рекомендует сдавать их в специализированные пункты приёма).

5. ЗАЩИТА ОКРУЖАЮЩЕЙ СРЕДЫ

ГАРАНТИЯa) Настоящая гарантия, используемая в коммерческих отношениях или в случае продажи товаров для профессионального использования, ограничивается ремонтом или заменой части изделия, признанного FRATELLI COMUNELLO SPA имеющим дефекты, посредством предоставления эквивалентных восстановленных изделий (далее по тексту «Принятая гарантия»), при этом в гарантию не входят затраты на ремонт и замену материалов (например, затраты на оплату труда, аренду материалов и т. д.).

b) Исключается применение положений статей 1490-1495 Гражданского кодекса Италии.

c) FRATELLI COMUNELLO SPA гарантирует функционирование изделий в пределах, указанных в приведенном выше подпункте a). Если не существуют другие договоренности, срок действия Принятой гарантии составляет 36 (тридцать-шесть) месяца с даты производства, которая указана на самом изделии. Гарантия является действительной и обязательной для COMUNELLO только в том случае, если изделие было правильно монтировано и выполняется техобслуживание в соответствии с правилами установки и безопасности, указанными в документации, предоставленной COMUNELLO или представленной на сайте http://www.comunello.com/corporate/general_conditions_sales/

d) Гарантия не действует в следующих случаях: гарантия не покрывает любые повреждения изделий, произошедшие при транспортировке или вследствие неисправности электроустановки у покупателя, человеческой халатности и небрежности, нарушения правила эксплуатации электроустановки, несанкционированной разборки, ремонта или модификации, неправильного использования (мы советуем проводить техническое обслуживание 1 раз в 6 месяцев), использования неоригинальных запчастей; воздействия атмосферных явлений или химических веществ. Гарантия не включает в себя стоимость расходных материалов, в любом случае COMUNELLO приобретает право на кредит за операции, выполняемые у заказчика, в том случае, если операция оказывается бесполезной, поскольку не подпадает под действие гарантии или потому что клиент использовал изделие COMUNELLO небрежно, неосмотрительно или не имея надлежащего опыта, в связи с чем правильное использование продукта могло позволить избежать установку.

e) Условия вступления в действие: если не согласовано иначе, право на Принятую гарантию осуществляется путем предоставления копии документа, удостоверяющего покупку (счет-налоговая квитанция), COMUNELLO.

Заказчик должен заявить о наличии дефекта COMUNELLO в течение 30 (тридцати) дней после его обнаружения.Данное действие должно осуществляться в течение 6 (шести) месяцев с момента обнаружения. Части изделий, для которых требуется применение Принятой гарантии, должны быть отправлены Заказчиком по адресу: FRATELLI COMUNELLO SPA, Via Cassola 64, 36027 Rosà (VI) Italia.

f) Заказчик не может требовать компенсации за косвенный ущерб, упущенную прибыль, потери производства и, в любом случае, не может требовать компенсации, превышающей стоимость поставляемых компонентов или изделий. Все расходы по транспортировке изделий, подлежащих ремонту или отремонтированных, хотя и покрываются Принятой гарантией, оплачиваются Заказчиком.

g) Принятая гарантия не распространяется на внешнее вмешательство технического персонала COMUNELLO.

h) Особые изменения условий Принятой гарантии, описанных здесь, могут определяться сторонами в соответствующих коммерческих договорах.

i) В случае возникновения юридического спора любого рода применяется итальянское законодательство, и является компетентным судебный округ г. Виченцы.
