IBM (contractor) Software tester for IBM POS 2003 - 2004Responsibilities include but not limited to: Develop, write, and execute manual test cases for IBM’s 4680 and 4690 OS and applications, report and track defects, reporting status to the test team lead.

IBM (short term contract) April 2003 – May 2003 Project Coordinator establishing a process for track software testing progress, this process was used to report test progress, defect rates and severities, percent complete and end date projections to management.

Accomplishments Suggested and implemented a number of process changes (very similar to the agile

process) resulting in 10-30% increase in productivity including continuous fix process. Developed a spreadsheet to track progress and schedules which increased communication

efficiency by 20%. Transferred software test from IBM Raleigh to IBM Singapore including hardware &

software setup, and tester education, completion was 2 months ahead of schedule. Implemented a process change supporting software test systems and maintenance saving

over $250K per year.
