Installation - According to dimensions and installation plans, locate the unit in its place. Unscrew 2 screws on the lower sides of the chair to open the lower ABS cover.
10
- Unscrew 2 screws form the bottom side of the chair to remove the wooden packing.
- Unscrew 2 screws from the sides of power supply box to open its upper cover. Put the box on the water/ air/ drain pipes. Then screw the case to the floor from 4 points.
Pierce & screw.
Water & air inputs and drain should be located here.
11
- Attach 2 hose fittings (1/2" to 10mm) to water & air inputs. Then connect the hoses to the fittings. Use valves for water and air inputs in order to be closed when necessary.

Adjustments - Open the door of the main box. (Pull the door to unlock the magnetic lock.) Open input valves of water and air. Adjust the water pressure between 2.5 – 3 bars and air pressure approximately 8 bars, using the knobs on the filter-regulators. Water flow rate of the cup filler and the cuspidor bowl can be adjusted using 2 knobs in the box.

- Attach your highspeed handpiece to the right attachment and press the relevant foot switch. Air pressure on the gauge should be about 2.2 – 2.5 bar. Otherwise, open the upper ABS cover of the tray and adjust the pressure by turning the screw on the control block (on the right side). The water supply of the highspeed handpiece can be adjusted by a knob on the right side of the tray. Do the same for the lowspeed handpiece. The pressure on the gauge should be about 2.6 to 2.8 bar for the lowspeed handpiece.

Saliva ejector
This unit is equipped with 2 saliva ejectors: air-actuated and water-actuated. The water actuated saliva ejector uses the input water to make vacuum. Lifting the relevant saliva ejector (black colored) and hitting the saliva ejector button on the digital control panel, the water-actuated saliva ejector starts. Relocate it into its holder to stop vacuum.
The air-actuated saliva ejector uses the input air of the unit to make vacuum (white colored). To start it, open the relevant valve counterclockwise. Close the valve to stop it.

Tap water Tank water
Tap water Tank water
Water reservoir tank
If there is no input water or you want to use serum or distilled water for handpieces or syringe, you can use water reservoir system. To this end, fill a bottle with standard neck, up to ¾ of its capacity and connect it to the prepared socket. Then turn on the tank switch so that the air comes into the tank and pumps out the liquid stored in the tank to the unit. There is a switch for selection between tap water and tank water. To select the tank water, turn the switch to the tank side.
24
Maintenance and service - Notice: At the end of the working day, close the water and air input valves and disconnect the electricity by turning off the power switch on the power box. - To clean the upholstery, use water and soap solution. Avoid using chemicals and disinfectants. - To clean the metal and ABS parts, use cotton and soft car-polisher. - To lubricate motors, joints and springs, use high-temp resistant grease. - If the cuspidor bowl gets dirty, wash it using water, detergent and soft cloth. - Avoid pouring chemical solutions into the bowl to handle any obstruction. If the drain is blocked, move the chair to its supine position. Then, pour a pailful of water into the bowl to remove the obstruction. Or use a spring (after dissembling the bowl) to remove the obstruction in drain hose. - If the air/water filter of the regulator gets dirty, open it (turn and pull down). Then wash it with water. To relocate it, push it up and then turn it so that it locks. (Make sure that the o-ring of the filter is located properly on its top while fitting.)
25
- To remove any obstruction from water-actuated saliva ejector, if its vacuum is weak, use the valve with blue handle inside the main box. To this end, start the saliva ejector. Then, hold it in a vessel and turn the handle of the valve 90 degrees to close the valve and to start reverse function (exiting water from the saliva ejector). Open and close the valve several times so that the particles obstructed the line come out from the saliva ejector. Then Open the valve for normal function.
- Avoid cleaning the glass reflector of the light. For cleaning the transparent front cover of the light, use soft cloth soaked in cold water. Or you can dissemble the cover carefully and wash it with water.
Reverse valve
26
- Avoid putting films that are soaked in developing and fixing liquids on the surface of negatoscope. First, dry the film and then put it on the surface of negatoscope. - To clean the digital control panels, use cotton and alcohol.
Frequent services - Lubrication of the joints of the unit, every 6 months - Cleaning air/water filter-regulator, every 3 months - Cleaning the upholstery and body of the unit, every 3 months. - Cleaning the cuspidor bowl and the transparent cover of the light, 30 days - Cleaning the saliva ejector and performing reverse function, every day - discharging moisture of the air-compressor, every day (It is recommended that a skilled technician checks up the unit monthly to prevent any probable defect of the unit.)
