The Restaurant & The Bar

The Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner à la carte or buffet, with a beautiful view of the

Weena. The luxurious breakfast buffet is served in The Restaurant at € 28,50 per person.

The Bar is open from 12.00 p.m. until 01.00 a.m.

The Lobby Lounge is open from Monday until Thursday from 08.00 a.m. until 21.00 p.m. and on

Friday from 08.00 a.m. until 04.00 p.m.

Business Center Services

Our Business Centre is located on the ground floor in the lounge next to the reception desk and is open 24

hours a day. This is the place to come for professional assistance during your meeting such as having

photocopies made, faxes sent or documents translated. Business Centre Services also has a number of

computers with internet available for your convenience.

Parking service

There are three parking garages within walking distance of The Manhattan Hotel Rotterdam:

The Schouwburgplein Parking Garage is located under the Schouwburgplein, with its entrance on

the front side of De Doelen Concert and Convention Centre.

The Plaza Parking Garage is located under the Plaza Shopping Centre, with its entrance on

Kruisstraat behind De Doelen Concert and Convention Centre, and offers direct access to the hotel

lobby.

The Weena Parking Garage is located at the corner of Weena and Karel Doormanstraat, with its

entrance on Karel Doormanstraat.

We can provide parking tokens for € 25.00 per car for 24 hours. These parking tokens can only be used for

The Plaza Parking. If you would like to make use of our Valet Parking Service, one of our porters will park

your car for you and make sure that it is at the front door when you are ready to leave. The charge for this

service is € 37.50 per car for 24 hours.

Meeting rooms Rotterdam Room & Foyer

The Rotterdam Room offers 134 square meters of first-class banquet, meeting and exhibition space. This

conference room provides natural light and is equipped with air conditioning, electronically operated drapes

for total darkness, and a built-in daylight-view LCD projector and screen. All this makes the Rotterdam Room

a facility that meets all the requirements to guarantee a perfect presentation for your event.

The Rotterdam Room can be divided into two separate sections, the Rotterdam I and II. The spacious foyer

is ideal for a coffee break, lunch, reception or exhibition purposes.

Conference room rental

The conference rooms can be reserved for a number of consecutive days. In the case of a short meeting, it

is possible to reserve the conference rooms for half a day. For rental purposes, we divide the day into the

following segments: from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon and from 01:00 p.m. – 05:00 p.m

Boardrooms

the front side of the hotel, and offer a marvelous view over the city’s

skyline. They are all furnished with amenities such as television and

ergonomically designed leather seats.

The boardrooms’ state-of-the-art facilities make them the perfect

venue for your meetings in Rotterdam, and enable you to have an

effective, successful meeting in pleasant, comfortable surroundings.

Cloakroom

During your event or meeting, we can provide your guests with cloakroom services. Your guests will be

carefully assisted here by one of our staff members who will take and return their coats. The cloakroom will

then be continuously monitored. The cost for this service is € 35.00 per assistant per hour. All our

boardrooms are equipped with a wardrobe closet.

Additional services

If you would like to make use of extra services for your meeting such as special furnishing of the rooms,

chair covers, menus, printed material, or plants/floral decorations, etc., we will be glad to discuss the

possibilities with you.

Technical Assistance

Setting up your equipment at the start of the day is, of course, part of our standard procedure. However,

should you require technical assistance during your meeting, we can provide this as well.

Meeting packages

Conference packages

For those who are spending the whole day at a meeting in our hotel (max. 8 hours: between 08:00 a.m.-

06:00 p.m.) , we offer the opportunity to make use of a special conference package that includes a coffee

break, a lunch, or a social gathering in The Bar at the end of the day. All of our conference rooms provide

wireless internet. Should you make use of one of these conference packages for longer than eight hours, we

charge an additional € 50 per hour. The minimum number of guest for a boardroom package is 6 persons

and in the Rotterdam room 25 persons.

The Restaurant

The Restaurant serves an international menu with a selection of traditional Dutch specialties. Our culinary

philosophy dictates local seasonal products, exquisitely prepared with first class service. The Restaurant is

situated across Rotterdam Central Station on the first floor of the Millenium Tower. The interior has been

inspired by the modern Rotterdam way of life. The nautical details, such as the shell shaped centre and the

boat styled bar, in combination with a new look, ensure a warm, modern and intimate atmosphere for our

guests.

Our banquet facilities allow us to organize lunches and dinners of up to 120 guests. For a standing

reception, we can accommodate a group of up to 200 persons. Our catering services can facilitate a very

wide range of events from a private lunch or dinner meeting in one of our boardrooms, to a complete five-

course dinner in The Restaurant & The Bar or a tailor-made buffet served in the Rotterdam Room and/or

Foyer. We can compose a menu for you in consultation with our Executive Chef, but we are always open for

your individual preferences and suggestions. The possibilities are unlimited!
