Danish e-Government strategy 2011-2015

• 80 pct of all communication digital by 2015

Mandatory since 2005..

• No paper invoices accepted by the public buyers in Denmark

• 70 percent of all Danish companies are affected

• Changing workflows took a while

• Today administrative costs are down by 80 percent

• Many valuable learning points during the implementation process
