11. Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students
At several places Drop Box are placed where students are encouraged to drop their impressions on the functioning of Institute teaching in the Class. Students are free to write any complaint without their name so as to take out any fear from their minds. Each complaint is then addressed and put up on a separate notice board to make the system very-very transparent. Faculty is welcomed by Chairman, Director General and Director to put any grievance or any thing else which is holding them back to deliver their best.
