ALL programs have a minimum and a maximum.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will NOT be issued once a program starts. Refunds will NOT be issued for one day events,

including theatre trips.

Requests for refunds must be made in writing at least 5 business days (Monday through Friday) before a

program begins. Written request must include all pertinent information (i.e. – participant name;

parent/guardian name; address; phone number; program; reason for requesting a refund).

Full refunds are granted in the event a class is full or cancelled by the Recreation Department. ALL

refunds will follow the Finance Department’s bill paying schedule and will be issued by township check

(no cash refunds). Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for refund to be processed.

Civic CenterThe Civic Center Meeting Room may be reserved

by Civic Organizations for meetings when available.

Located in the Municipal Complex, the room seats

PALManchester PAL is a volunteer organization

dedicated to providing recreation and sport activities

for young people. For information, please call 732-

657-7876.

M. M. A. C.The Manchester Municipal Alliance Committee on

alcohol and drug abuse prevention and youth

services (M.A.C.) currently operates several

substance abuse prevention activities.

Volunteers are needed and new members are

welcome to join. Meetings are held on the last

Tuesday of every month, 7:00 p.m. in the Town

Hall Civic Center.

LMSA - SoccerLMSA meetings are the 1 st Tuesday of every

month in The Manchester Town Hall Civic Center

Please Note:Requests for player placement will be limited to

siblings. We must keep teams as equal as possible

to ensure fairness to all players.

The Boys and Girls Juniors and Seniors

programs are limited to 40 players maximum at

each level. The Biddy program is limited to a

maximum of 60 players.

Placement will be determined pending draft.

Programs at school sites are cancelled when

schools are closed for holidays, inclement

weather or when a school function is scheduled.
