Managerial communication enables people to exchange information and feedbacks within the organization and enables people to pursue the organizational goals.

TYPES OF MANAGERIAL COMMUNICATION

o Interpersonal: Interpersonal communication generally takes place between two or more individuals at the workplace.

o Organizational: Communication taking place at all levels in the organization refers to organizational communication.
