Ethical issues in usage of IT:
One of the main concerns about theinformation technology is Internet. Internethas been changed the way people used tolive. Nowadays people shop throughinternet, buy ticket online, communicatewith friends, family, college in the other side ofthe word, and that means traditional businesssuch as travel agents have lost their customersto the new competitor which calledinternet.
Conclusion
What is most concern in decision making
not only is "Is this a right decision" but also
is "Is this decision the best decision".Managers will always need to access to
theuseful information in order to make thebest decision.
Recommendations:
It is recommended for Emirates airlines toconcentrate more on the attitude and theway their servers or flight attendants acttowards the people. Even though theservice is good and the place is
comfortablebut the some of the attendants maysometimes be rude or a bit careless.
RecommendationsSome consumers who purchase ticketsBefore hand but come late may
sometimeslose their seat to other early arrivingpeople. Emirates airlines should stopallowing that from happening since thecustomer has already paid for the seat it
ishis/her right to keep it and not be sent toanother less desirable seat.
RecommendationsFirst, business, and economy classes all havedifferent lounges and would not allowpeople with an economy ticket enterbusiness or first and that seems sensiblebut there should be an exception to familymember when both parents have first classtickets while the children don’t so they areforced to leave them on their own
