This workshop is for all levels of managers who find conflict and difficult situations challenging, and will help delegates build their confidence when the situation arises.

Examine their own responses to conflict and how they affect the outcome
Learn to identify common triggers and develop positive approaches
Define assertive conflict handling communication styles
Explore conflict strategies and develop handling techniques

UNDERSTANDING & MAINTAINING EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION – 29 NOV.
This highly practical workshop is suitable for Middle Managers with significant team responsibility, and for those who wish to enhance their current management skills.
Delegates will:
Gain a deeper understanding of the nature and theories of human motivation
Develop new strategies to apply in the day-to-day management of your teams
Discuss with other managers employee motivation and techniques used
Explore de-motivators in the workplace and how to overcome their impact
Develop strategies for improving current employee performance
The day is designed for new and aspiring Team Leaders and Supervisors.

Explore the management role and the scope of the role
Discuss ‘letting go’ to being one of the team
Examine the relationship between the new manager, subordinates, colleagues and higher management
