Flexible Colocation Options

We accept colocated hardware deployments of

any size. For customers with modest colocation

needs, our “Pay Per Unit” plans can accommodate

up to five rack units of equipment.

For more extensive deployments, we provide

Private Cabinet plans with up to 42 rack units of

space. Private Racks provide power connections,

network drops on-demand and include basic

management support.

For large hardware deployments that require

complete security and control, we offer custom

cages. We work with customers to create custom

cage colocation hosting environments to their

specifications.

ServerMania’s Buffalo data center has direct fiber connections to both New

York and Montreal, offering unparalleled low-latency connectivity throughout

the US, Europe, and beyond.

Located 11 miles from Buffalo International

Airport, the facility incorporates a 300 Gbps

network with fully redundant onsite connections

to multiple Tier 1 network providers, including

Level3, Telia, TorIX, and XO.

Power and Cooling

Buffalo is located at the head of the Niagara River.

The majority of the data center’s power comes

from hydroelectric generators at Niagara Falls,

which allows it to be almost carbon neutral while

being able to provide 1.44 Megawatts of power at

all times.

bandwidth providers both on-site and via a nearby carrier hotel.

Our Montreal facility takes full advantage

of Quebec’s commitment to renewable and

sustainable energy. The majority of the facility’s

power requirements are sourced from hydro-

electric dams.

Montreal’s climate allows the facility to be cooled

by 100% free air conditioning for most of the year.

Hot-aisle containment design and an air-to-air

exchange cooling system allow us to provide high-

density cooling at low costs.

Fast And Flexible Hardware Deployment

The innovative design of the Montreal facility

allows us to deploy new racks and servers much

faster than other facilities. We’re capable of

deploying up to 20 cabinets in less than 24 hours.
