The range of MVE-type exter-nal motovibrators is the resultof forty years of experience invibrating technology for the con-struction industry as well as forother industrial applicationsworld-wide.The rotary vibratorsafford a guarantee of long termdurability, reflecting the care tak-en over selection of componentsand the high level of precisionadopted in manufacture, whilstmaintenance is minimal and sim-ple in the extreme.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Read these instructions carefullybefore using the equipment, andkeep the manual in a safe placefor future reference.

The warranty is valid for manufac-turing defects for a period oftwelve months from the date ofpurchase (attested by the docu-ment accompanying the goods).The warranty covers all the me-chanical parts and excludes elec-trical parts and those subject towear. The warranty will be invali-dated thus freeing the manufac-turer of any direct or indirect re-sponsibility in the following cas-es: if the product is mishandledor used improperly, if repairs ormodifications are made by unau-thorised personnel, or if non-orig-inal spare parts are used.The material sent for repair underthe warranty are returned CAR-RIAGE PAID.

Vor der erstmaligen Anwendungdiese Anweisungen aufmerksamdurchlesen und das Handbuch fürzukünftige Benutzungen aufbe-wahren.

Die Garantie gilt ab dem Kaufda-tum (siehe Warenbegleitschein)auf die Dauer von zwölf Mona-ten und garantiert den Rüttlergegen Fabrikationsfehler.Die Garantie deckt alle mechani-schen Teile ab, schließt jedochalle Verschleißteile und das elek-trische Teile aus. Die Garantieverfällt, und damit auch jede di-rekte und indirekte Haftung desHerstellers, wenn der Rüttler ma-nipuliert oder auf bestimmungs-widrige Weise benutzt wurde,wenn Reparaturen oder Abände-rungen durch dazu nicht autori-siertes Personal vorgenommenwurden, wenn keine Original-Er-satzteile verwendet wurden.Mit Antrag auf Garantie an denHersteller eingeschicktes Mate-rial muß FRACHTFREI zugestelltwerden.

E) INSTALLATIONThe motovibrators are supplied insingle or multiple packaging, orpalletized according to the typeand dimensions. Store the motovi-brators in a place where the hu-midity is less than 60%, and theminimum temperature is not lessthan 5°C.Before installationTHE MOTOVIBRATOR MUST BEINSTALLED ONLY BY SPECIAL-IST TECHNICIANS.Before installing the vibrator, espe-cially if it has remained unused instorage for a long time (over 24months), remove one of the sideguards on the body and check theshaft to ensure that it rotates freely.

Also check the insulation of themotor to earth, using a RigidityTest at a test voltage of about 2.2kW for a period lasting not morethan 5 seconds.

In the event of anomalies, con-tact the Manufacturer.

Il motovibratore MVE può essere in-stallato in qualsiasi posizione. Si con-siglia di fissare il motovibratore suuna zona rigida per evitare che levibrazioni indotte provochino rottu-re o incrinature; se ciò non fossepossibile, è necessario utilizzare pia-stre e nervature di rinforzo. La su-perficie di attacco deve essere pia-na in modo che i piedi del vibratoreappoggino uniformemente e siano aperfetto contatto con la superficie difissaggio, onde evitare tensioni in-terne capaci di portare alla rotturadei piedi del motovibratore.

Per fissare il motovibratore, utiliz-zare bulloni (qualità 8.8) DIN 931 oDIN 933 e dadi (qualità 8.8) DIN934. Utilizzare una chiave dinamo-metrica regolata secondo quantoriportato nella tabella di pag. M.11.Ricordarsi che la maggior partedi guasti e avarie è dovuta a fis-saggi e serraggi mal eseguiti.Ancorare il motovibratore con ade-guata catena di lunghezza cm. 15o cavo metallico alla struttura.

Controllare prima della messa inmarcia e dopo le prime 24 ore dilavoro:- i bulloni di fissaggio del motovi-

bratore e le saldature delle piastree delle nervature di rinforzo;

- il cavo o catena di ancoraggio;- il cablaggio di alimentazione.

ATTENZIONE: è fatto divieto di met-tere in servizio i motovibratori ogget-to del presente manuale, prima chela macchina in cui saranno incorpo-rati sia stata dichiarata conforme alledisposizioni della direttiva 89/392/CEE modificati dalle direttive 91/368/CEE, 93/44/CEE e 93/68/CEE.

The MVE motovibrator can be in-stalled in any position. Fix the mo-tovibrator on a sturdy surface toensure that the vibrations induceddo not cause breakage or cracks: ifthis is not possible, use plates andribbing for reinforcement. The sur-face on which the machine is in-stalled must be level and flat so thatthe feet rest uniformly and in per-fect contact with the surface, to avoidinternal stresses which may causebreakage of the motovibrator feet.

To fix the motovibrator, use bolts(quality 8.8) DIN 931 or DIN 933 andnuts (quality 8.8) DIN 934. Use adynamometric wrench adjusted ac-cording to the Table on Page M.11.Remember that most of theseproblems and faults are causedby improper fixing and locking.Anchor the motovibrator to theframe by means of a suitable 15cm long metal chain or cable.

Before starting up the vibrator, andafter the first 24 hours of operation,check:- the fixing bolts of the motovibra-

tor and the welds of the reinforc-ing plates and ribbing;

- the anchoring chain or cable;- the power cable.

WARNING: It is forbidden to oper-ate the motovibrators described inthis manual unless the machine orplant in which these are incorpo-rated is declared as conforming tothe provisions of Directive 89/392/EEC, modified by directives 91/368/EEC, 93/44/EEC and 93/68/EEC.

MVE Rüttler können in jeder beliebi-gen Position eingebaut werden. DerRüttler sollte auf einer festen undstarren Unterlage installiert werden,um zu vermeiden, daß die vom ihmerzeugten Vibrationen zu Brüchen oderRissen führen. Ist dies nicht mög-lich, sind für den Einbau mit Rippenverstärkte Platten zu verwenden. DieAnbauoberfläche muß eben sein, da-mit die Füße des Rüttlers gleichmä-ßig darauf stehen und einen perfek-ten Kontakt mit der Oberfläche ha-ben, weil anderenfalls interne Bean-spruchungen entstehen, die zumBruch der Füße des Rüttlers führenkönnen.

Um den Vibrationsmotor zu befesti-gen, sind Schrauben (Festigkeits-klasse 8.8) DIN 931 oder DIN 933und Muttern (Festigkeitsklasse 8.8)DIN 934 zu benutzen. Benutzen Siezum Anziehen einen Drehmoment-schlüssel, der gemäß der Angabenvon Tabelle auf Seite M.11 eingestelltwurde.Achtung: Der größte T eil der Stör-fälle oder Ausfälle beruhen auffalsch ausgeführten Befestigungenund falschen Anziehmomenten .Den Vibrationsmotor mit einer ange-messenen Kette oder einem Metall-kabel mit 15 cm Länge an der Strukturverankern.

Nach der ersten Inbetriebnahmeund nach den ersten 24 Betriebs-stunden folgendes prüfen:- die Befestigungsschrauben des

Rüttlers und die Schweißnähteder Platten und der Verstär-kungsrippen

- Kette oder Kabel zur Sicherung- das Stromkabel

ACHTUNG: Es ist verboten, die Rütt-ler, die Gegenstand dieses Hand-buchs sind, in Betrieb zu nehmen,bevor die Maschine oder Anlage, indie sie eingebaut werden, den Be-stimmungen der Richtlinie 89/392/EWG konform erklärt worden ist, diemit den Richtlinien 91/368/EWG, 93/44/EWG und 93/68/EWG geändertwurde.

- Scollegare la linea prima dieseguire eventuali manuten-zioni o durante la regolazionedelle masse. Ogni riparazio-ne o sostituzione di compo-nenti deve essere effettuatasolamente da personale spe-cializzato.

- Per i motovibratori monofasecontrollare che il condensa-tore corrisponda a quanto in-dicato sulla targhetta.

- Utilizzare cavo di alimentazio-ne flessibile a 4 conduttori, dicui uno giallo-verde (solo ver-de per gli U.S.A.) utilizzato perla messa a terra. Nel collega-mento del motovibratore allalinea , il cavo giallo-verde del-la terra deve essere sempreil più lungo per evitare che sirompa per primo in caso dicedimento.

- Il cavo deve essere di sezio-ne adeguata (densità max 4A/mmq) e deve essere di dia-metro idoneo a quanto ripor-tato nelle “Caratteristiche Tec-niche” (pag. T.04-05) affinchègarantisca la perfetta tenuta delpressacavo.

- Cavi di alimentazione troppolunghi causano cadute di ten-sione !!!! (attenersi a quantoprescritto dalle norme).

age to ensure that it is thesame as that indicated on therating plate fixed on the mo-tovibrator.

- Disconnect the line beforecarrying out maintenance op-erations, or while adjustingthe parts. Repair and replace-ment of components must bedone only by specialist tech-nicians.

- For single-phase motovibra-tors, check the condensor toensure it corresponds withthe indications on the ratingplate.

- Use flexible 4-wire powercables, one of which is yel-low- green (green only for theU.S.A.) used for the earthing.While connecting the motovi-brator to the line, the yellow-green earth cable must al-ways be the longest to pre-vent it being the first to breakin the event of ceding.

- The cable must have a suita-ble cross-section (densitymax. 4 A/mm²) and suitablediameter as specified in the“Technical Features” (PageT.04-05) in order to ensure per-fect sealing of the cable gland.

- Excessively long power cablescause voltage loss (follow theinstructions of the standards).

- Für EinphasenRüttler ist si-cherzustellen, daß der Kon-densator den Angaben auf demTypenschild entspricht.

- Ein biegsames, vieradrigesStromkabel verwenden. EinDraht muß gelbgrün sein (inden USA nur grün) . Dieser wirdfür die Erdung verwendet. BeimAnschließen des Rüttlers dar-auf achten, daß der gelbgrüneErdungsdraht länger als die an-deren ist, um zu vermeiden,daß es bei einem Rüttlerdefektals erstes abreißt.

- Das Kabel muß einen ange-messenen Querschnitt aufwei-se (max. Stromdichte 4A/mm2). Es muß einen Durch-messer aufweisen, der den An-gaben des Abschnitts „Tech-nische Daten“ (Seite T.04-05)entspricht, damit die Abdich-tung der Kabeldurchführung ge-währleistet ist.

- Zu lange Kabel führen zu Span-nungsabfällen !!! (die Bestimmun-gen der Normen beachten).

I ca-picorda devono essere ad oc-chiello, preisolati, con foro adat-to ai perni della morsettiera. Con-trollare che non vi siano sfilac-ciamenti che potrebbero provo-care corto circuito.

Il collegamento alla morsettieradeve essere effettuato seguen-do gli appositi schemi (vedi pag.M.06).Posizionare le apposite rondelleprima dei dadi, onde evitarne l’al-lentamento.

I dadi dei perni devono essereserrati alla coppia indicata in ta-bella. Ricordarsi di fissare il cavoper la messa a terra (collega-mento obbligatorio!!!). Chiudereil coperchio interponendo laguarnizione e serrare il pressa-cavo, in modo da bloccare per-fettamente il cavo di alimentazio-ne.





FIXING MAINS CABLE TO TER-MINAL BOARD

Insert the mains cable through thecable gland. The pre-insulatedwire terminals must have eyelets,with holes suitable for the termi-nal board pins. Ensure that thereis no fraying, which could causea short circuit.

Connection to the terminal boardmust be made according to thediagrams given (see Page M.06).Use the washers supplied whilefitting the nuts to prevent slack-ening of the connections.

The tightening torque of the pinnuts must correspond with thevalues given in the Table. Re-member to fix the earthing cable(compulsory connection!). Fit thecover with a gasket in betweenand tighten the cable gland toblock the mains cable perfectly.

BEFESTIGUNG DES STROM-KABELS AN DER KLEMMENLEI-STEDas Stromkabel durch die Ka-belverschraubung nach innen zie-hen. Die Kabelenden müssenÖsen aufweisen, vorisoliert sein,und die Ösen müssen einenDurchmesser haben, der zu denStiften der Klemmenleiste paßt.Sicherstellen, daß die Ösen nichtlocker sitzen, damit es nicht zuKurzschlüssen kommt.

Der Anschluß an die Klemmen-leiste muß gemäß den ent-spre-chenden Diagrammen vorgenom-men werden (siehe Seite M.06).Unterlegscheiben unter die Mut-tern legen, damit diese sich nichtlockern.

Die Muttern der Stifte sind mitdem Anzugsmoment in der Ta-belle anzuziehen. Nicht verges-sen das Erdanschlußkabel zubefestigen (der Erdanschluß istobligatorisch!!!). Den Deckel auf-legen, nachdem man die Dichtungdazwischen gesteckt hat, unddann die Kabeldurchführung soanziehen, daß das Stromkabelsich nicht mehr bewegen läßt.

Utilizzaresempre magnetotermici ad inter-vento ritardato, in modo da evitar-ne l’intervento durante la fase diavviamento, nella quale la corren-te assorbita può raggiungere livellielevati (soprattutto in presenza dibasse temperature).

Immer thermomagnetischeSchutzschalter mit verzögertemAnsprechen benutzen, um zu ver-meiden, daß diese in der Anlauf-phase ansprechen, wenn dieStromaufnahme sehr hohe Wer-te erreichen kann (vor allem beiniedrigen Temperaturen).

Der Überlastschutz darf NIEGRÖSSER als 10% der Typen-schilddaten sein, sonst verfälltdie Garantie!

USO DEL MOTOVIBRATORE

L’OPERAZIONE DEVE ESSERE ESE-GUITA ESCLUSIVAMENTE DA PER-SONALE QUALIFICATO.Durante le operazioni di smontag-gio e rimontaggio delle parti di pro-tezione (coperchi masse e coper-chio morsettiera), togliere l’alimen-tazione del motovibratore.

Verifica corrente assorbitaTogliere il coperchio morsettiera,alimentare il motovibratore e verifi-care con pinza amperometrica, sututte le fasi, che l’assorbimento nonsuperi il valore indicato in targa. Incaso contrario, verificare che lastruttura o il sistema elastico sulquale è applicato il motovibratoresia conforme alle regole di correttaapplicazione.Non toccare mai il motovibratoredurante il funzionamento. Non av-viare mai il motovibratore senza icoperchi di protezione delle mas-se e il coperchio morsettiera.Dopo un breve periodo di funzio-namento, ricontrollare il serrag-gio degli elementi di fissaggio delmotovibratore alla struttura.

REGOLAZIONE DELL’INTENSITÀ DIVIBRAZIONE

do le viti.- Allentare il bullone centrale, spo-

stare la massa mobile (o le mas-se a lamelle) nella posizione de-siderata e serrare a fondo inter-ponendo sempre le rispettiverondelle.

Le masse devono essere regolatein modo perfettamente uguale enello stesso senso in entrambi ilati.Rimontare i coperchi, interponen-do, senza danneggiarla, la guar-nizione OR di tenuta.

N.B.: tutti i motovibratori vengonoforniti di serie con le masse rego-late al massimo.

OPERATING THE MOTOVIBRATOR

THE MOTOVIBRATOR MUST BEOPERATED ONLY BY QUALIFIEDPERSONNEL.Disconnect the power supply tothe motovibrator during dis-as-sembly and re-assembly opera-tions on the protection devices(earth and terminal board covers).

Checking current absorbedRemove the terminal board cover,power the motovibrator, and useammeter pliers on all the phasesto ensure that the current absorbeddoes not exceed the value on therating plate. If this is not the case,ensure that the frame or flexiblestructure on which the motovibra-tor is positioned conforms to thecorrect rules for application.Never touch the motovibrator whenit is operating. Never start the mo-tovibrator without the protective cov-ers on the earth and terminalboards.After a brief period of operation,again check the elements fixingthe motovibrator to the frame.

ADJUSTING THE INTENSITY OF VI-BRATIONS

THE OPERATION MUST BE CAR-RIED OUT ONLY BY A QUALIFIEDTECHNICIAN, WITH THE POWERSUPPLY DISCONNECTED.- Remove the side covers after un-

screwing the bolts.- Loosen the main bolt, shift the

movable weight (or the lamellarweight) to the required positionand tighten the bolt again afterfitting the respective washers.The weights must be adjustedso as to be perfectly equal andin the same direction on bothsides.

Refit the covers, after replacingthe OR sealing ring without dam-aging it.

N.B.: All standard motovibrators aresupplied with the weights adjust-ed to the maximum.

BENUTZUNG DES RÜTTLERS

DIE BENUTZUNG DARF NUR DURCHQUALIFIZIERTES PERSONAL ER-FOLGEN.Während des Ausbaus und desWiedereinbaus der Schutzdeckel(Deckel der Unwuchtmassen undDeckel der Klemmenleiste) dieStromversorgung des Vibrations-motors abschalten.

Prüfung der StromaufnahmeDen Deckel des Klemmenkastensabnehmen, den Rüttler ans Netzanschließen. Mit der Strommeß-zange auf allen Phasenleitern prü-fen, ob die Stromaufnahme nichtgrößer ist als Wert auf dem Typen-schild. Andernfalls muß geprüftwerden, ob die Struktur oder dieelastische Unterlage, auf der derRüttler angebracht ist, den Regelnfür eine korrekte Montage ent-spricht.Den Rüttler während des Betriebsnie anfassen. Den Rüttler nie star-ten, wenn die Schutzdeckel auf denUnwuchtmassen und an der Klem-menleiste fehlen.Nach einer kurzen Betriebsdauerdie Befestigungselemente des Vi-brationsmotors an der Strukturauf festen Sitz prüfen.

EINSTELLUNG DER VIBRATIONSIN-TENSITÄT

DARF NUR DURCH FACHPER-SO-NAL UND BEI UNTERBROCHENERSTROMVERSORGUNG ERFOL-GEN.- Die seitl ichen Deckel abneh-

men, nachdem Schrauben ent-fernt wurden.

- Mittige Schraube lockern, diebeweglichen Unwuchtmassen(oder die Lamellenmassen) indie gewünschte Position brin-gen und fest anziehen. Mit Schei-ben unterlegen. Die Unwucht-massen so einstellen, daß sieauf beiden Seiten genau gleichpositioniert sind und die gleicheRichtung aufweisen.

Die Deckel wieder montieren. Vor-sichtig den O-Ring dazwischenlegen, ohne diesen zu beschädi-gen.

N.B.: Alle Rüttler werden vor derAuslieferung so eingestellt, daß siedie maximale Vibrationsstärke ab-geben.

LUBRIFICAZIONETutti i motovibratori sono lubrifi-cati in origine dalla Ditta Costrut-trice.I motovibratori che utilizzano cu-scinetti a sfera (prelubrificati eschermati) non necessitano di lu-brificazione.Nei modelli con cuscinetti a rul-lo, è prevista la sostituzione delgrasso esausto solo dopo 3000ore di funzionamento. Utilizzaregrasso KLÜBER STABURAGSNBU 8 EP. Per lo smontaggio ela pulizia dei cuscinetti, vedere ilparagrafo successivo. Non me-scolare grassi tra loro anche secon caratteristiche simili. Ecces-siva quantità di grasso può surri-scaldare i cuscinetti e quindi dan-neggiarli.

SCHMIERUNGAlle Rüttler werden werksseitigvorgeschmiert.Rüttler mit gekapselten Kugella-gern mit Lebensdauerschmie-rung brauchen nicht geschmiertzu werden.Bei den Modellen mit Rollenla-gern ist das verbrauchte Schmier-fett erst nach 3000 Betriebsstun-den zu ersetzen. Zu verwenden-de Fettsorte: KLÜBER STA-BURAGS NBU 8 EP. Ausbau undReinigung der Lager sind im fol-genden Abschnitt beschrieben.Keine Fette untereinander mi-schen, auch wenn sie die glei-chen Eigenschaften aufweisen.Zu viel Fett führt zum Überhitzender Lager und kann diese daherbeschädigen.

NOISE LEVELThe weighted equivalent continu-ous noise level of the motovibra-tors is NEVER higher than 76dB(A)**measurement made in normaloperating conditions in accord-ance with standard ISO 6081/86,with simulated load consisting ofa steel bench fitted on springs.It is, however, COMPULSORY forthe manufacturer of the machin-ery on which the motovibrator isfitted to measure the final noiselevels on the finished machineryor plant. It is also COMPULSO-RY for the employer to measurethe noise levels in the work areawhere the machinery or systemwith the motovibrator is installed.These measurements must bedone before starting up the plant.It is also compulsory to use suit-able devices for personal protec-tion and train operators as spec-ified by L.D. 626.

APART FROM WHAT HAS BEENSPECIFIED ABOVE, IT IS NEC-ESSARY TO RESPECT THEREGULATIONS APPLICABLE INTHE COUNTRY IN WHICH THEMACHINE IS USED.

LUBRICATIONAll the motovibrators are initiallylubricated by the manufacturer.Motovibrators which employ ballbearings (pre-lubricated andshielded) do not require lubrica-tion.Models with roller bearings re-quire grease replacement onlyafter 3000 hours of operation. UseKLÜBER STABURAGS NBU 8EP grease. For dis-assemblingand cleaning the bearings, referto the paragraph below. Do notmix different types of grease evenif they have similar features. Anexcessive amount of grease mayoverheat the bearings and thusdamage them.

SOSTITUZIONE DEI CUSCINETTI

LA SOSTITUZIONE DEVE ES-SERE EFFETTUATA A BANCOESCLUSIVAMENTE DA PERSO-NALE QUALIFICATO E CON ALI-MENTAZIONE DISINSERITA.- Togliere l’alimentazione al mo-

tovibratore- Smontare il motovibratore e

posizionarlo sul banco- Togliere i coperchi laterali- Togliere le masse eccentriche

- Togliere le flange portacuscinet-ti tramite i fori filettati di estra-zione

- Togliere il cuscinetto con ap-posito estrattore

- Sostituire il cuscinetto- Rimontare il motovibratore.

Durante la fase di rimontaggio,mantenere la perfetta ortogonali-tà tra le parti, evitando disassa-menti che potrebbero danneggia-re irrimediabilmente i cuscinetti ele flange portacuscinetti. Verifica-re che viti, rondelle e guarnizioninon siano danneggiate. In casocontrario sostituirle.

SMANTELLAMENTO E DEMO-LIZIONENel caso di smaltimento del gras-so esausto del motovibratore, èobbligatorio attenersi alla legisla-zione vigente nel paese in cui siopera. In caso di rottamazione afine vita della macchina, averecura di smontare le varie parti inmateriale plastico (guarnizioni) edestinarle agli appositi centri diraccolta. Le restanti parti sono dadestinare al recupero dei mate-riali ferrosi.

REPLACING THE BEARINGS

REPLACEMENT OF BEARINGSMUST BE DONE ON THE TESTBENCH ONLY BY QUALIFIEDPERSONNEL, AND WITH THEPOWER SUPPLY DISCON-NECTED- Disconnect the power supply to

the motovibrator- Dis-assemble the motovibrator

and place it on the test bench- Remove the side covers- Remove the eccentric weights

- Remove the bearing-holderflanges through the threadedextraction holes

- Remove the bearing using anextractor

- Replace the bearing- Re-assemble the motovibrator

During the re-assembly, keep theparts perfectly at right angles toavoid mis-alignment which wouldotherwise cause irremediabledamage to the bearings and thebearing-support flanges. Checkthe bolts, washers and seals toensure that they are not dam-aged. Replace, if necessary.

DISMANTLING AND DEMOLI-TIONFor disposal of the used greasefrom the motovibrator, observe theregulations applicable in thecountry in which the equipmentis used. For scrapping the equip-ment at the end of its life, sepa-rate the various parts made ofplastic (seals) and send them tospecial collection centres. Theother material can be sent toscrap yards.

AUSTAUSCH DER WÄLZLA-GER

DER AUSTAUSCH DARF NURVON FACHPERSONAL AUF DERWERKBANK UND BEI UNTER-BROCHENER STROMVERSOR-GUNG VORGENOMMEN WER-DEN.- Die Stromversorgung des Rütt-

lers abschalten.- Den Rüttler ausbauen und auf

der Werkbank befestigen.- Die seitlichen Deckel entfer-

nen.- Die Unwuchtmassen ausbau-

en.

- Die Lagerflansche mittels derGewindelöcher zum Abziehenausbauen.

- Die Lager mit einem Abzieh-werkzeug entfernen.

- Die Lager ersetzen.- Den Rüttler wieder einbauen.

Während des Wiedereinbaus aufRechtwinkligkeit zwischen denTeilen achten. Durch eine Achsver-schiebung könnte es zu bleiben-den Schäden an den Wälzlagernund ihren Flanschen kommen. Si-cherstellen, daß Schrauben, Un-terlegscheiben und Dichtungennicht beschädigt sind. Andernfallsmüssen diese ersetzt werden.

ZERLEGEN UND DEMOLIERENDas verbrauchte Schmierfett mußgemäß den Bestimmungen ent-sorgt werden, die im Betreiber-land gelten. Bei der Verschrot-tung des Rüttlers sind alle Teileaus Kunststoff (Dichtungen) zusammeln und den entsprechen-den Entsorgungsstellen zuzufüh-ren. Die restlichen Teile sind alsAlteisen zu betrachten und dem-entsprechend zu entsorgen.
