PRODUCT:
INGREDIENTS:Water
Purple yam (Ube)
Malunggay Flakes
Glutinous Rice Flour
PROCEDURES:
1. Boil the water and wait until it comes to its boiling point.
2. Put a little amount of water in the glutinous rice flour
3. Mix it by your bare hands (make sure your hands are clean),
4. Add the Malunggay Flakes then mix it again until the texture will be clay-like.
PROCEDURES:
5. Slice the purple yam into small pieces.
6.Get small amount of glutinous rice flour then put the purple yam in the middle.
7.make round like a circle. (just like in the picture)
8. Drop/ put all the balls in the boiling water.
PROCEDURES:
9. Wait until the balls float. When it float the balls is cooked.
10. Drain first the balls in a strainer then dip/Roll in the sesame seeds.
11. After finishing all the balls, READY TO SERVE!
