Topic: Estimation & Costing

Mr Naveen is a civil engineer, B.Tech from Nagarjuna University and M.Tech in Transportation Engineering from JNTU, Hyderabad.

He is having 17+ years’ experience in core construction in various sectors like Highways/Bridges/Railways.

He has worked for 10 years in Aarvee Associates as a Highway Design manager for Outer ring road – Hyderabad , 2 years in Indu Projects as a Planning Manager. 4 years in Madhucon Projects Ltd as a Project Coordinator for Ranchi-Jamshedpur (NH-33) Project. Presently he is working with M/s Voyants Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Deputy General Manager-Designs.

Skills:

A strategic planner with experience in conducting & coordinating the project activities, estimation & costing and resource management. He has immense experience in rate analyses, preparation of various change of scopes, negotiating & getting approved the COS, additional works etc., Also having excellent communication and negotiating skills with the ability to absorb complex information and assess the requirements readily.

Mr Shailendra is a civil engineer, B.Tech from NIT Bhopal, PGDACM from NICMAR and an MBA from Manchester Business School, Manchester.

He is having 19 years’ experience in core construction in various sectors like Highways/Bridges/Buildings/cement plants/petro chemicals.

He has worked for 10 years in L&T in estimation & tendering,4 years in UAE with Al Naboodah & Punj Lloyd as DGM-Bidding & Estimation. After that he was associated for 4 years with Ramky Infrastructure Limited as a General Manager(Projects) overseeing about 8 Road projects worth more than Rs 10,000 crs. Presently he is working withM/s Voyants Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Assistant Vice President and heading the PMC Division.
