Strategy Execution Diagnostic Framework

• The Framework comprises seven elements that influence a firm’s ability to execute strategy

• Six of the elements relate to strategy execution gaps. The seventh is a capability enabler common to all organisations.

• Together they help to identify organisational typology.

• Each driver has several attributes against which we have defined best, average and below-average performance
