WHAT IS CAREERA career is the work a person does. It is the sequence of jobs that an individual has held throughout his or her working life, e.g. occupation of nursing.

Career is a chosen profession for life. It requires a willingness to get the training needed to build your skills for the future.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF EDUCATION?

The purpose of education is to make the individual develop his various faculties that will make him useful to himself and the society.

Subject offered at the secondary school level are grouped into commercial, science and humanities (Arts).

Science based subjects are physics, chemistry, Biology, Geography, Mathematics and Agricultural Science.

Commercial Subjects are Financial Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Insurance, Office Practice, English Language, Mathematics.

Humanities or Arts subjects are Government, Literature in English, Christian Religious Studies, Fine-Art, Yoruba, Geography, English Language, Mathematics.
