We pride ourselves on our individual attention to detail, helping you create the Wedding of your dreams.

Below are details on key factors to your special day and how we are able to help you.

LocationBoasting two stunning Restaurants on the Resort, the very family friendly Crocodile Club and the award winning El Torrente Restaurant, we are able to offer you a choice of locations. A facility fee of €1,000 + IVA up to 120 people for either location is applicable.

The CeremonyFor couples wanting to celebrate a Legal Ceremony we refer you to the British Consul in Almeria City who also works as an Economist and who can advise you on all of the necessary paperwork needed in order to be able to carry out the Ceremony here in Spain. This process generally takes about a year and costs within the region of €600.00 with additional fees for documentation. Many of our clients choose to carry out the legal side of the Wedding in their country of

residence and celebrate with us a Civil Ceremony. In these cases we offer the services of a Master of Ceremonies who works with each couple to create their individual Ceremony to suit them. This cost is in the region of 250.00€ including IVA / VAT. We also work with a Vicar for Religious Civil Ceremonies whose fee is in the region of 450.00€ including IVA / VAT. We can also help to arrange Catholic Church Weddings at the beautiful Church in our local Town of Cuevas del Almanzora, a short drive from the Resort.

FlowersOur dedicated Wedding Coordinator can work with you to arrange all of the flowers necessary for your Wedding Celebration. Costs vary for each wedding depending upon requirements. Quotations can be obtained upon request.

Please be advised that the Wedding Breakfast must comprise of canapés, starter, main course, dessert and one drinks package to accompany the meal. All prices listed are inclusive of IVA (VAT).Should you not be able to find what you are looking for please do not hesitate to contact us.

Photography and VideographerWe are happy to arrange for you to meet the Photographers with whom we work for Weddings and we can arrange quotations for you upon request. Costs vary depending upon requirements but generally start at approximately €1,300.00.

Hair and MakeupWe offer the services of our on-site Spa who can arrange all hair, make up and beauty requirements for yourselves and your guests.

ChairsIncluded within the Facility Fee is the use of our chairs, which we prepare for celebrations with dark blue covers and pale yellow bows. Alternately we can arrange the hire of chairs and white covers with different coloured organza bows to match your colour scheme. Costs can vary depending upon requirement; quotations can be arranged upon request.

EntertainmentYour Wedding Coordinator will be able to introduce you to different entertainments who we work with and can recommend including Flamenco Guitars, Flamenco Dancers, Singers and Discos. Prices do vary depending upon requirements, quotations upon request.

Pre and Post Wedding CelebrationsWith guests generally travelling from abroad we are frequently asked to arranged pre and post wedding celebrations to maximize your time with your friends and family.

For example, we are able to arrange to deliver a buffet or BBQ to your Villa for the evening before the Big Day or alternatively we can book a table for you in one of our restaurants.

Paella and Sangria themed afternoon the day after the Wedding, giving everyone a chance to meet up and reflect on a fantastic time enjoyed by all.

AccommodationDesert Springs offers a wide range of accommodation from beautiful colonial style 1 bedroom apartments to stunning 4 bedroom Villas complete with their own pools. 1 Select your location within the Resort for your Wedding

2 Work out all the details such as photography, flowers, decoration and entertainment with our Wedding Planners to make sure everything is perfect for you

3 Choose your tasting menu

4 A deposit of €500.00 will need to be taken before the Menu Tasting is reserved

5 Enjoy the menu tasting! Once you have decided on the menu, you will be asked to sign a copy of this Menu to confirm your choice and price

6 Once all of the details of your Wedding have been finalized you will be asked to sign the contract agreeing these details and the prices

7 The first payment is made 49 days before your Wedding day, which is 50% of the overall price stated in the contract minus the €500.00 deposit paid at the beginning

8 The balance is due 21 days before your Wedding day

A fantastic wedding location

The variety in accommodation adds to the uniqueness of this wonderful resort and whilst I am no golfer, you can see how much effort dedication and love is placed on ensuring that golfer’s at every level are given the best facilities and resources.

The wedding we attended was absolutely fabulous with a ceremony on the lawn outside the club house and the reception and evening festivities taking place in the club house. Stunning, is the only word to describe the location.

We will definitely return to Desert Springs.
