Say you’re hungry, and you have bread, cheese, and tomatoes at home. You can eat them to satisfy your hunger, but imagine how much better it would be if you knew how to make a pizza with those ingredients!

2. SSI trigger detects registration.

An SSI trigger is the first part of the recipe that detects registration.

1. Attendee registers.

Attendee’s registration information is captured in Eventbrite.

3. SSI action extracts information and makes a request.

An SSI action extracts attendee information and maps it to contact object in Eloqua. Simultaneously, SSI requests that the contact is created in Eloqua.

A recipe is a trigger and an action.

An SSI recipe starts when the conditions in the trigger are met in the cloud application being monitored. For example, you can create a recipe that executes when an attendee for a seminar you are hosting registers on Eventbrite.

Cloud apps have a one-size-fits-all approach to sending alerts. Instead of helping users be proactive, they end up clogging up their inboxes.
