Construction Process

Design, Planning & Pre-start meeting

Planning, design and construction takes an integrated and sustainable approach to creating

an aesthetically pleasing project. The purpose of Pre-start meeting is to have salesman, home

owner and site supervisor meet on site to go over all job details ensuring a quality pool.

Earthworks & Hole digging

A trained professional will begin construction by staking out the pool shape. The pool is

marked out with stakes and prepares the area for excavation and placing of the soil in

predetermined location.

Formwork- Brick / Block

Temporary or permanent Concrete blocks or brick wall is constructed to give definite shape

for the pool.

Steel Reinforcement

Our crew will install the reinforcing steel to the shape of your pool. This steel reinforcement

helps to hold the shotcrete structure of the pool and give the pool a definite shape.

Shotcreting

Shotcreting a pool is one of the impressive stage of the pool construction process due to the

equipment involved and the skilled craftsmen that shape the pool. The shotcrete is

pneumatically applied over the steel to form a single piece shotcrete shell. Our crew will trim

out the final shape of the pool. 11

Curing, Leaktest, Plastering & Plumbing

After Shotcreting, pool shell should be cured for 14 days and then the surface is then cleaned

and prepared for plastering. The skilled crew will trowel the surface until it is smooth.

Coping & Tiling

We will install / lay the tiles all around the pool to improve the aesthetic quality of the pool.

We offer different coping and tiling choices along with books and books filled with all different

tiles to choose from.

Filtration Equipments Installation

From Pool To Pool

The electrical work of installing power to the pool filtration equipment and to the underwater

light is done at this time.

Water Filling & Chemical Treatment

When the pool filtration equipment installation is done we fill the pool and begin analyzing

the water by adding chemicals.

Client Instruction & Handover
