ROMANCE OF THE BUSH - PANEL DISCUSSION

Rural romance is one of the hottest trends in Australian writing at the moment. The last few years have seen a boom in the number of novels set in rural Australia written by female farmers, giving voice to the strong, feisty women who work the land in regional Australia.

Dig deeper into the popularity of outback romance with a panel headed by Nicole Alexander. Nicole will be joined by fellow rural romance authors Ann B. Harrison and Alissa Callen.

Nicole Alexander is a fourth generation grazier and best-selling author of The Great Plains, The Bark Cutters, A Changing Land, Absolution and Sunset Ridge. Ann B. Harrison is author of 17 books including those in the Outback Heritage series. Alissa Callen is a multi-finalist in the Australian Romance Reader Awards and lives on a small slice of rural Australia in central western NSW. She is the author of the popular books Beneath Outback Skies and Down Outback Roads.
