Kahlo`s life began and ended in Mexico city, at her home. It was a blue house. She had health problems. When she was 6 years old, she suffered from polio which caused that her right leg was shorter than the left. When she was 18 years old, the bus she was traveling in collided with a tram, leaving her bedridden for several months awakening her interest in painting.
