Elite Fence has triple layered protection for ultimate durablity

Elite Fence has a superior durable abrasion resistant front andback colour coating. It’s Galvanised steel substrate is extremely corrosion resistant.

Our PVC exterior fi nish is a Plasticol Coating that is achieved by a thermal process whereby the Zinc coated steel substrate is coatedwith a generous layer of plastic material (PVC).

The PVC exterior fi nish has UV Protection to provide the highest retention of colour.

Double Sided Coatings

Top Panel. (Trellis Style Shown, Plain Style Available.)

Standard Panel. Height 500mm, Length optional.

Left Hand Post Cover. Centre Post Cover. Right Hand Post Cover.

Step 1: Secure your structural inner posts firmly on site.

Step 2: Place appropriate post cover over inner post.

Step 3: Slide post cover down fully over inner post.

Step 4: Hang Top Panel over Post Covers. The Top Panel will securely hook over the post cover as shown. Note: This is back view of Fence.

Step 4: Continued. See Top Panel secure on both Post Covers.

Step 5: Take drill with screw holder and fit fence SS screw into the holder. Securely fix screw through Top Panel and Post Cover joining them as shown.

Step 6: Take your Standard Panel and fit it tightly to the folded lip at the base of the front of the Top Panel as shown.

Step 7: Once the Standard Panel is in position fix it securely to the Top Panel and Post Covers using the ball nosed Stainless Steel assembly screws provided as shown above. Follow this procedure for the next panels fitting them together.

Step 8: Continue to secure all the Panels to the Post Covers and upper Panel. We recommend fixing each panel to the post covers using 6 screws.
