Common Methodology for impact assessment, based on common indicators

Which allows to evaluate the results of their strategies and identifying the areas where more focus is needed.

Main results

Common Methodology

Guide for Good Practice and the Benchmarking will allow for improved Regional Digital Literacy Strategies, and to adopt the lessons learned from other regions, thus being able to address better the specific needs of groups with high risk of digital exclusion

An on-line European Observatory for Digital Literacy will be set up, which will integrate the common indicators and the good practice and will provide a platform continuous collaboration.
