Shot BlastingOur onsite containerised shot blast room has increased the speed at which we can shot blast and prime steel.
For use in almost every industry including aerospace, defence, nuclear, automotive, construction and rail.
We can vary the shot medium based on your project. Including glass, aluminium and steel.
MaskingAerospace, defence, electronics and customised precision masking are areas for which we have long been renowned. Our staff exceed an average of 24 years’ experience in this department alone. We take immense pride in a beautiful job and the key to a successful finish is in the fine lines, sharp edges and meticulous detail.
Screen PrintingBy combining traditional screen printing with the latest advances in technology we can epoxy and sub-surface anodic print, significantly increasing durability whilst providing a beautiful quality finish. Delivering a wide range of products from self-adhesive vinyl labels to high-quality bespoke panels.

Wet Paint & Stove EnamellingWith over 45 years experience in the finishing industry, we have the expertise you need.
We supply stove enamelling and paint applications to the electronics industry and MOD and Aerospace specifications.
Powder CoatingPowder coating is applied electrostatically as a free-flowing, dry powder and then cured under heat.
The main difference between liquid paint and a powder coating is that the powder does not require a solvent and provides a tougher, more flexible finish.
TreatmentsAnodising - Black & ClearSulphuric treatment for aluminium components to protect against corrosion and provide a protective finish with a black or clear coating.
