the magnetic eld-based therapy is the piezo-electrical potential, i.e. that exposure o thebone to physical stress induces tiny electri-cal currents. Investigationso the electrical processes occurring in thecartilage have shown an electromechanicaltransmission mechanism which is similar tothe processes that take place in the bone and

IT IS FORBIDDEN TO USE THE MAGNETERDEVICE to treat patients with pacemaker(heart-rate regulating device), and treat-ment is not recommended or children un-der the age o 6, or pregnant mothers, andpost-operation patients.

- The recommended treatment unit is Grade8 or 9.

- I you eel it too strong select a lower treat-ment unit, e.g. Grade 4 or 5.

- This may be set using the adjustable button.

- Daily treatment: Twice a day, with a break oat least 5 hours.

- Take a break o 1 day ater 3 days.

- It is necessary to drink 2-3 dl water or otherdrink with iron content (e.g. artesian water)15 minutes beore the treatment.

- The rest o the treatment is similar to thatdescribed in the Operation Manual o theHM01 device.

Examination o the Eciency o Magnetic Therapy in a Double-Blind Place-bo-Controlled Clinical Study

We have been perorming research using the magnetic therapy device manuac-tured by Magneter FX Kt. in ve patient groups at Dept. o Physical Medicine and

Rehabilitation, Medical and Health Science Centre, University o Debrecen sinceSeptember 2009. There are closed results in two groups so ar: it has been proved incases o pain in the waist and cervical spine and in cases o abrasion conditions inlarge joints (hip, knee, shoulder) that the therapy perormed using the said devicereduced the pain levels o pain o the patients and increased the range o motionin a mathematically signicant amount in comparison to the group which receivedplacebo treatment. This proves that the device may be used as an eective therapyin degenerative joint diseases.

Exeriences otained with the Alicatin the Magneter Device

Theoretical Basis

Magnetic energy is the basic energy on which the entire existence o the organism depends.(Heisenberg)

Magnetic energy infuences the membrane systems (cell membrane, nucleus membrane, mitochon-dria, walls o capillaries, neural and muscle bres) ound in the organism.

Summar oinin n the Magneter treatments perrmed at theDeartment Internal Medicine and Rehailitatin,

We have been using the Magneter magnetic therapy device and the treatments providedby the device (upon request o the patients, based on appropriate inormation given) since17.04.2008. We have perormed Magneter treatments in 148 patients in the past 5 months.In most cases we applied the ollowing programs: diabetes I and II, atherosclerosis, vasocon-striction, hemiparesis, pain in the joints, at burning, neuropathy, liver regeneration, hyper-tonia, and spine-rheumatism-joints.

148 patients received 1952 treatments in the mentioned period. 65% o the patients wereemale and 35% male.

Experiences: the treatments were popular, and the patients state subjectively improvedater the treatments. The patients most requently reported slight numbness in the spinalcolumn or lower limbs, the treatment had to be interrupted in 4 cases due to subjectiveworsening o the patient state or due to increase in the blood pressure.

In summary: The Magneter treatments useully complement the therapies applied at theRehabilitation Department, currently the treatments are used upon request o the patients,or wellness purposes, thus helping us to achieve the therapeutic goals.

Dr. Szntai-Kis, Lszl, Internist and Family Doctor, stated, that the objective clinical status ohis examined the patients showed signicant improvement.

Dr. Csurilla, Lajos, Dept. Head Surgeon, involved in physical rehabilitation (stroke, degenera-tive spinal diseases, advanced degenerative deormations in the large joints) summarised thendings o 100 patients treated at his department and wrote that 70 patients ound the deviceeective or characterised it as ollows: I eel much better, owing to it. They experienced no side

eects. He gave the ollowing summary statement:

Based on the subjective judgement expressed by the patients and the improvement o theirclinical state, as well as on the saety o application, the Magneter pulsing magnetic resonanceprocedure can be used with good results in complex rehabilitation.

Dr. Psztor, Erzsbet, Neurologist, also used the device as part o the treatment system o thedepartment headed by her. The Magneter treatment was applied as adjuvant therapy, mainlyor patients treated with multiple sclerosis, Parkinsons disease, stroke, and discus hernia. In thatgroup, 66 (97%) out o 68 patients reported on clearly positive changes. No side eect occurred

here, either. Ater the study, the study team wrote:Summary Opinion: We were looking or possibilities o natural type therapy or our chroni-

cally ill in-patients. Using the programs o the pulsing biomagnetic device according to therespective diagnostic categories, we ound clear improvement o our patients well-being, re-duction in muscular spasms and in the pain in the spine and joints. The healing o decubitusulcer became aster.

At our department, the main prole o which is providing care or trauma patients, the painwas completely relieved, mobility improved, and muscular spasms were resolved in 80% (16cases) o the cases. Patients treated at our department due other diseases, who also suered

rom vasoconstriction, were also given Magneter treatment. As a result, the subjective com-plaints o vasoconstriction disappeared, and the objective claudication indexes also showedimprovement. Benecial eects were also experienced in patients with ankle and shoulder in-

Experiences in the application o the Magneter therapy or patients with tumours orchronic arthritic lesions.

During the work o our Association we use the Magneter device, both the Home-01 andthe Proessional-01 versions.

In case o the tumour patients, the pains decreased ater the rst week o treatment (de-pending on the type o the tumor and the state o the patient), and completely disappearedin approx. 80% o the cases. Coughing and asphyxia ceased in patients with lung cancer. The

patients well-being largely improved, their general physical condition became much better.Magneter treatment applied beorehand largely contributed to the prevention o chemo-

therapy side eects.The tumour patients who cooperated with our Association, ollowing the recommended

change in liestyle and reorming their diets reported that the recovery processes becameaster.

Patients with arthritic conditions elt tingle and a mild heat in the problematic areas dur-ing the treatment. They elt resher, stronger and more mobile ater the treatments. Excellentresults were achieved using the Spine-Rheumatism-Joints CD and the Discopathy CD. A

Experiences and results obtained during the application o the Magneter therapy.

The patients o our Club have been using the Magneter device since 9, September 2006. Due to

In patients with tumour, the side eects (pain, atigue, distress, etc.) usually accompanying the

diseases largely decreased in all cases or completely disappeared during the use o the device.The CT reports o those patients who were subject to control examination showed surprisingresults. Those who received the therapy beore and during chemotherapy were ree o the previ-ously experienced side eects and tolerated the intervention much better.

Male lung cancer patient (82): the control CT imaging showed tumour regression, completecessation o the infammation, and air-retaining lungs. The patients coughing and asphyxia havestopped, his well-being improved a lot during the treatment sessions, he had no pains (to hisdoctors great surprise).

Female patient (67), with ovarian cancer. She received the treatment during the third series ochemotherapy, and did not experience the episodes o sickness and the atigue accompanyingthe two previous series. Her hair did not thin, but became stronger and darker instead.

The Customers rights under the WarrantyThe Customer has the ollowing rights as specied in Sections 306 to 310 o Act IV o 1959

to ull the warranty claim chosen or i ullling the warranty claim chosen would generate anunreasonably high extra cost to the Warrantor in comparison to the other choice, taken intoaccount the value which the delivered product represents in its non-deective condition, theseriousness o the breach o contract, and the inconvenience caused to the Customer by theenforcing of her/his rights under the warranty;

(b) require appropriate price discount or may cancel the contract, at her/his choice, i she/heis not entitled to the repair or replacement o the product or i the Warrantor did not undertake

the repair or replacement or i the Warrantor cannot deliver its liability under the conditionsspecied in Section (ii) herein. Insignicant deects shall not serve as grounds or cancellation.

I the Customer enorces her/his claim or replacement due to deect o the product within3 workdays as o the date o purchase (putting into operation) the retailer shall not plead un-reasonably high costs, but shall be obliged to replace the product, providing that such deectrenders the product unt or its design purpose.

(2) Repair or replacement taking into account the nature and purpose o the goods as ex-pected by the Customer shall be perormed within an appropriate deadline, without causingsignicant inconvenience to the Customer.

The Warrantor shall make all reasonable eort to complete such repair or replacement withinteen days at latest.

Only new parts may be built into the product in the course o repair.(3) I the Warrantor does not undertake or ails to perorm such repair on the product within

an appropriate deadline, the Customer may eliminate the deect or may employ someone elseto eliminate the deect at the Warrantors cost.

Where and to whom may Customers report their warranty claims?The Customer may enorce her/his claim or repair at the retailer or directly at the service unit

indicated in the Warranty Slip.

Upon exploring a deect, the Customer shall report on it to the Warrantor as soon as rea-sonably possible. An objection reported within two months o the deect exploration shall bedeemed as notication in due time. Any damage resulting rom late notication shall be theCustomers liability.

The warranty period shall be elongated by that part o the repair period during which theCustomer was not able to use the product properly.

In case o replacement (or repair) o major parts o the product, the deadline or the enorce-ment o the rights under the warranty and guarantee shall start anew or the replaced (repaired)product (product part) and or deects which may occur as a consequence o such repair.

Products with xed installation or heavier than 10 kg or which must not be carried as hand

luggage on community transport vehicles shall be repaired at the place o operation. I suchrepair cannot be perormed on-site, dismounting and reassembly, as well as removal and re-turning o the product shall be the Retailers responsibility.

Procedure in case o a dispute:During the warranty period, the Warrantor may only be relieved o its liability i it proves

that the cause o the deect came to existence ater delivery. The warrantor shall be obligedto take records o the objection raised by the Customer, and deliver a copy o such records tothe Customer. I the method o objection resolving is dierent rom the solution claimed bythe Customer, it must be explained in such records. I the Warrantor cannot make a declaration

on the ullment o the Customers claim at the time o receiving such claim it shall commu-nicate its position to the Customer within 3 workdays at latest. I the statement o act, natureor date o occurrence o the deect requires special expertise, the Customer may request anexpert opinion rom the assigned quality inspecting bodies. The warrantor shall be obliged toadequately cooperate in order to make the ormulation o such expert opinion possible. As parto such cooperation, the Warrantor shall deliver a written declaration o its position (regardingthe nature and possible causes o the deect) to the Customer immediately.

In case o urther dispute, the Customer may request help rom the local Arbitration Board(Bkltet Testlet) or le a case in the City Court.

Exclusion o the warranty liability:The warranty liability shall not apply i the retailer or the authorised service unit can prove

- Nach einer dreitgigen Behandlung muss 1Tag Pause eingelegt werden.

Zwischenzeitlicher Bericht

Untersuchung der Wirksamkeit der Magnettherapie durch doppelblinde,placebokontrollierte klinische Untersuchungen

Am Lehrstuhl r physikalische Medizin und Rehabilitation des Wissenschatlichen

Zentrums r Medizin und Gesundheit der Universitt zu Debrecen hren wir seitSeptember 2009 in n Patientengruppen Forschungen mit dem Magnetthera-piegert der Magneter FX Kt. /Magneter FX GmbH/ durch. Endgltige Ergebnissehaben wir zurzeit in zwei Gruppen: bei Kreuzbeinschmerzen und Halswirbelsu-lenbeschwerden bzw. bei Verschleierkrankungen der Grogelenke (Hte, Knie,Schulter) hat sich besttigt, dass das Schmerzniveau der Patienten durch die Ma-gnettherapie mit dem genannten Gert mathematisch signikant reduziert undder Umang der Bewegungen im Vergleich zur mit Placebo behandelten Gruppeerweitert wurden. All dies ist ein Nachweis dar, dass eine wirksame Therapie derdegenerativen Gelenkerkrankungen mit dem Gert mglich ist.

Erahrungsverwendungen des Magneter Gertes

Die Magnetenergie ist die grundlegende Energie, von der das ganze Dasein des Organismusses ab-hngt. (Heisenberg)
