Job Responsibilities:

1 – Personnel Responsibilities:

- Establish database of Recruiting Agencies and analyzing their status and standards of Performance

including E. Recruitment.

- Facilitate Manpower Recruitment; prepare demand letter and power of attorney for overseas Recruiting

Agencies and follow-up the selection to set the schedule for interviews.

- Maintain Personnel records and Data base.

- Arrange Employment contract for all employees and amendment whenever required.

- Manage Employees grievances and redresses eradicate labor's complaints to Ministry of Labour.

- Follow-up Leave/Vacation, disciplinary action to enforce code of conduct.

- Ensure strict compliance with State Labor Laws.

- Co-ordinate between Finance Dept. and Operation regarding Admin. & Personnel issues.

- Set up a system to control, monitor and approve Sick leave.

- Introduce and support the new comer during their orientation period.

- Conduct Exit interview for Resigned/terminated staff.

- Dedicated to Salam since the inception of Personnel dept. and successfully succeeding for the last 12

years, with fruitful relationship with all labor related govt. depts.

2 - Public Relations Responsibilities: - Established effective liaison with Sports authorities, Milipol and Traffic police… for broad media

coverage of Sponsorship to promote a favorable image of the company.

- Maintain a good relation with media to get a special coverage for all company’s activity.

- Handling advertisement design with newspaper & advertising agencies.

- Prepared Arabic agreement for all Sponsorship activity, and draft speech by company executives.

- Make arrangement with Hotels (Banquet Dept.) for all Meetings and other functions setup for the

company’s activity.

- Helping in setup for the Companies Exhibitions.

3 - Administration Responsibilities:

- Handling all companies Stationery Prints (Letter Head, Business Card, Accounts Books...)

- Buying new/used vehicle & Selling used one.

- Handling all legal requirements for Motor Vehicles (Registration / Accidents etc...) with Traffic Police to

Register, re-new road Permit and follow up accident, Radar cases…etc.

- Deal with Insurance Company to cover company’s vehicle and follow up accident claim.

- Facilitate all Q.Tel services (new Tel. lines, GSM, internet) and all problem and complaints related to

such services and billing.

- Arranged agreement with Qatar Airways, coordinated with all chief Accountants to prepare monthly

statement and send it to Qatar Airways, follow-up company’s Commission.

- Support Finance Dept. in supervising annual stock taking at Doha, Dubai and Abu-Dhabi.

4 - Immigration Responsibilities:

- Manage, Train and Supervise Company’s Representative for all Immigrations related matters (Staff

Permit Visas, Medical, Res. Permit, Business Visa, Multiple Entry Visa, Family Visit Visa, Passport

Renewals…) for all companies’ employees and visitors.

- Represent Company before Ministries, Government Dept. as and when need arises, especially when

issues related to Labor Relations were present.

- In charge for Renewal of Residence Permit thru e-Government Project.

companies sponsored by Salam on an agreed service charge and prepare / follow-up the payment for

those services”.
