The purpose of my primary research was to acquire helpful information on what people like about

magazines and what they don’t like. I asked a group of 20 people which were aged 16-20. This

represents that the target audience for my magazine is going to be about magazines and what they

don’t like. I asked a group of 20 people which were aged 16-20. This represents that the target

audience for my magazine is going to be between these two ages.

After asking 20 people

Out of the 16-20 year

percent are employed

and the other 40 do not

Most people answered

on a blue colour as well

as grey/silver. This has

helped me to choose

what house style/colour

scheme to approach.

When researching what

the favoured music genre

between 16-20 year olds

I found that Pop and

House/club music are

most popular. This again

has helped me to figure

out what genre to

contain within my

magazine.
