CUSTOMER LIMITED THREE YEAR WARRANTY Mach-Speed Inc. warrants to the original retail purchaser of any of its Side Window Louvers (herein

referred to as SWL) that the SWL will be free, under normal use and service, from defects in

material, finish and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of sale of the SWL to

the original retail purchaser. Mach-Speed Inc. will repair or replace, at its option and without

charge, any properly installed products and/or components that we manufacturer that fail due to

defects in the SWL. This warranty is void if any damage to the SWL is due to misuse, abuse,

neglect, accident, improper installation, or any uses contrary to the instructions accompanying the

SWL.

This warranty covers the cost of the defective component(s) and not the cost of removal,

installation or other incidental charges unless other arrangements have been made with Mach-

Speed Inc.

STANDARD RETURN POLICY

All warranty claims must receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from Mach-Speed

BEFORE the SWL is returned to the company. If a RGA is not obtained, the SWL will be refused! To

obtain an RGA number, please follow this procedure:

1. Call Mach-Speed at (888) 511-9194 to request an RGA number. You may need to

provide the following information: • SWL part number.

• Specific nature of the defect.

• SWL purchase date (original receipt required) and date of installation. 2. When a replacement or repair strategy is determined, a Return Authorization number

will be assigned to the claim. 3. A replacement invoice and shipping document will be generated at Mach-Speed to

initiate any replacement product. A replacement SWL will be sent according to standard

shipping cycles. 4. The distributor/consumer is responsible for packing and return shipping of the SWL.

THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE

OF THE PACKAGE. Unmarked packages will be refused.

5. An SWL damaged during shipping is not covered, nor if the SWL is improperly

repackaged for return! 6. Upon receipt of the returned SWL, Mach-Speed will review the claim for warranty

conformance. If the claim meets warranty criteria, a credit for the original invoice

amount will be posted to the distributor’s/consumer’s account and a credit memo will

be mailed.

THINGS TO DO or KNOW BEFORE INSTALLING YOUR

YOUR VEHICLE.

1. Carefully read each step in the following pages of this

SWL instruction manual. Improper installation due to

failure to follow the instructions could cause personal

injury and/or vehicle damage.

2. Make sure watches, jewelry, belt buckles, etc. are

removed or covered to prevent scratching the vehicle

surface during the installation procedure.

3. The ambient temperature for installation of the RWL

should be in the range to 65 to 90 degrees and install

in shaded area. Ideally, install in a clean dust-free

garage or building.

4. INSTALLATION TIME: Typically 1 hour or less.

PAINTING YOUR SIDE WINDOW LOUVER

If you wish to paint the Side Window Louvers, it is

suggested that it be done before you install them.

ABS is readily paint-able. Although, the use of a primer

coat prior to painting is generally recommended, it is not

a requirement for the painting of a properly cleaned ABS

surface. As with the painting of any non-porous

substrate, the surface must be thoroughly cleaned with

a mild solution of soap and water and lightly scuffed

prior to the application of any paint. However, it is

recommended that you have your Side Window Louvers

painted by a professional body shop.

Step 1. Prior to installing the side window louvers, clean the glass

thoroughly and then use the alcohol wipes to remove any remaining

film on the glass.

Step 2. Remove the red 3M “VHB” pre-mask from the adhesive tape

from the back side of each louver.

Step 3. Carefully align the driver-side louver to the glass making sure

that it covers the glass completely and that it is evenly spaced on all

sides. Then, press firmly around the edge only to assure a good

adhesion to the glass.

Step 4. Repeat Step 3 and attach the passenger-side louver to the glass.
