Pandora lush forests are filmed with high areas of light and dark creating natural centers of focal interests.

The bright colors of the flora and fauna, water falls, and sky are also presented through the same special use of lights and colors.

Panning and tilting was used in filming the landscapes in a horizontal way while having many of the objects in the mise en scene.
