2015 Master Dues are $4555.43 and are due January 1, 2015. The

Master Dues include the Master Assessment ($3996.00) and Basic Cable

($559.43) All statements can be retrieved by logging into the website

www.hpgcc.com.

Statement Payment Box: The statement payment box is located outside of the Administration Office door. Please make checks payable to Heritage Palms and be sure to include your member number on the check, no envelope required. Payments placed in the payment box are collected numerous times throughout the day. Or mail in the provided envelope to the PO Box, these payments go directly to the bank for processing.

Credit card payments can be accepted for Master dues and cable only for an additional $125.00 administration fee. Food Minimums must be met by 12/31/14 or the balance will be billed to your January 2015 statement. The $500 food minimum starts over on 1/1/15 and runs – 12/31/15.

PICKLEBALL COMING SOON: Repaving and remarking of the two Pickleball courts, next to the putting green and number one Sabal, is to be completed by the end of the month. Look for December calendars and simplified game rules in the lobby of the clubhouse. Just a reminder that there are paddles and balls that can be checked out from the Tennis Pro Shop and you are free to play on the courts at any time.

There are now four methods of contacting the gatehouse to allow guests/vendors entrance:

1. Call the gatehouse, 239-277-9273, to speak directly to an officer. 2. E-mail the gatehouse, gatehouse@hpgcc.com. 3. Call the Automated System, 239-277-5106; you will need to know your pin number to operate this system, then follow the prompts. Clearly state the name of your guest along with the date and time of arrival and the duration of their stay. Please do not hang up the phone until prompted to do so. Call the gatehouse for your pin number if needed. 4. The new Visitor Management System; go online to the Heritage Palm’s website, sign in; go to Member Resources to Visitor Management, then enter your username and password. You are now able to add guests to your visiting list. Username: (jsmith, all lower case); password: (W plus your member number, i.e. W8092, W is upper case).

We hope the above systems make it easier for all to contact the gatehouse with names of guests/vendors. Should you have any questions or need help with the New Visitor Management System, please call Dan Davis at. 239-839-8525.
