Two Phase Project Implementation

3 new stations on land owned Each train set includes 4 cars and 2 locomotives

235 miles – Miami to Orlando, 3 hour trip time Expect final environmental approvals in Q1 ‘15 Rail infrastructure - 128 miles in existing corridor

40 miles new rail in highway ROW

New OIA station funded / built by GOAA AAF leases facilities (Station, platform, vehicle maintenance)

Construction to commence immediately following the Final EIS publication in early 2015
