He is the company founder and director. He graduated with Bachelor of Engineering

from University of Malaya (UM). He is Mechanical Professional Engineer on the

Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM) with practicing certificate. Through the many years

of experiences in consultancy, he has acquired expertise especially in the high rise

residential/commercial M&E system design and implementation. He has successfully

completed a lot of serviced apartments, condominium, affordable apartments, hotel,

shopping mall, mix development, data center and office suites projects during his

practice in this company. He is also a qualified Green Facilitator which can help client

to achieve for green cert accrediatation.

Ir. Pang See Peng DIRECTOR

He is the company co-founder and director. He graduated with Bachelor of Electrical

Engineering from University Of Sunderland (UK). He is Electrical Professional

Engineer register with the Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM), with Practicing

Certificate. He has over 26 years of working experience in building M&E consultancy

services industry. Through the many years of experiences in Consultancy, he has

acquired expertise in the Large Scale Landed mix deveopment, High rise residential /

commerical buildings, Industrial Factory, Warehouses, Hotels, Data Centres ,

Institutionals, M&E system design, costing and implementation.

Ir. Au Wai Chun, Ben ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR

He joined the company in Year 2017 as associate director. He is Mechanical

Professional Engineer on the Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM) with practicing

certificate. He graduated from University of Science Malaya (USM) with many years

of experience in construction consultancy works, He is well experienced in local

authorities’ requirements and standards for the design, construction, completion and

handing over of any high- and low-rise development; residential, commercial,

institutional, industrial and even green development. With continuous updates on the

available construction technologies in the market, he always explores and emphasizes

on ‘cost effective’ designs in all his projects.

Ir. Wan Hoong Ming, Kenneth ASSOCIATE

He joined the company in 2018 as associate. He is graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Bachelor Degree in

Electrical Power and has a total of 8 years working experience in a reputable Consultant Firm. In 2014, he became an

accredited GBI Facilitator & GreenRE Manager. His exposure includes large-scale Electrical System design for various

types of buildings, infrastructure and factory plants. He is ambitious and always looking for an opportunity to provide

efficient and cost-effective customised design solutions tailored to meet client’s needs. He is Electrical Professional

Engineer register with the Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM).

Raymond Leong ASSOCIATE

He joined the company as designer 2008. He is the pioneer of the company. He has been involved in the building M&E

services industry over 20 years. His expertises are encompassing M&E services refurbishment works and building fit outs

works.

He joined the company in 2011 as engineer. He obtained his Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) Mechanical Engineering

from University of Malaya(UM). Through the many years of experiences in the company, he has acquired expertise in the

high rise & landed residential/commercial M&E system design and implementation. He has successfully handed over

multiple projects comprised of serviced apartment, affordable apartments, shopping mall, and some industry

He joined the company in 2011 as engineer. He obtained his Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) Mechanical Engineering

from University of Malaya(UM). His expertise in building M&E services from design, budgeting, dealing with authorities,

and to project managing. With almost 10 years of experience, he has managed and successfully handed over multiple

projects comprised of data centre, mix development, serviced apartments, sports complex and factories projects. He is able

to ensure the projects timely progress, troubleshoot emerging issues and maintain healthy teamwork among the project

teams. He is Mechanical Professional Engineer on the Board of Engineer Malaysia (BEM).

Ir. Yam C.L, Xavier ASSOCIATE

He is a Registered Professional Mechanical Engineer with Board of Engineers, Malaysia (BEM), a GBI Facilitator and

GreenRE Manager. He graduated from University of Malaya(UM) in year 2012 and holds degree in B.Eng in Mechanical

Engineering. He began his career at Zeal Perunding as engineer since 2012. He is actively seeking for the most efficient

design and cost control for residential and commercial project to help client achieved the cost plan targeted. In additional,

he provides various green consultation such as energy saving desig and, efficient HVAC design which will be able to

maximize building system energy performance. “Go Green” & “Cost Saving” always will be his key design principles.

Engr. Chia C.C DESIGN MANAGER

He joined the company in 2012 as engineer. He hold a degree in B.Eng in Mechanical Engineering from University Malaya

and is a registered Engineer with the Board of Engineer Malaysia. He has been promoted as Design Manager since year

2016. He is also Management Representative for Zeal Perunding Sdn Bhd in ISO 9001 certification renewal process.

Throughout his career, he had involved in Tender, Design, Project Management and Implementation for various project

such as Industrial Factory, High Rise Residential Building, Terrace House, Semi-D, Warehouse, Mix Development, Data

Centre and etc. He masters several drafting software such as BIM(3D Modeling), G-star, ZWCAD and AutoCAD to

produce detail M&E design drawings. He also masters other software such as Hour Analysis Program(Heat Load),

Hydraulic Calculation, Sprinkler Hydraulic Calculation and etc to optimise the system design for various services..

Engr. Lim C.Y DESIGN MANAGER

She joined the company in 2013 as engineer. She graduated as B Eng (Hon) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from

National University of Malaysia. She is an Electrical engineer register with Board of Engineer Malaysia, GreenRe

Manager and GBI Facilitator She has been promoted as Design Manager since year 2017. She is experience in design for

electrical services, which can range from LV system to HV system, security system and extra low voltage system for large

residential, commercial building and mixed development projects. As Electrical Design Manager, she is responsible for the

overall of electrical & ELV design including BIM modelling and coordination, leading the design team, works closely with

project team and overseeing detail design drawing, technical data and technical specification of all projects to maintain a

high quality of works.

Engr. Wong V.K SENIOR ENGINEER

B.Eng.(Hons)., P.Eng., MIEM

He joined the companys in 2019 as senior engineer. He is a registered Engineer with the Board of Engineer Malaysia. He

is dynamic and self-driven engineering professional with a Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering and 7+ years of

experience in engineering industry. Exemplary technical with an innate ability to design and develop engineering system to

suit the various type of building development such as terrace house, residential high rise, office tower, shopping mall,

factory and so on. Resourceful, analytical and detail driven with capabilities in completing multiple projects with

competing deadlines. Aggressive in identifying and resolving inefficient engineering design to optimise the cost and quality

of product which is beneficial to client and end users. Clear communicator and interface effectively with co-workers,

project partners, clients and also relevant authority officer..
